Manager Communication:
Super grateful for the bar team we had tonight. They did absolutely everything they could to keep service flowing. Ian handled most of sold-out service at the pass, and also got us batched up for the weekend. Tevon ran around the building for glassware, and also swung up to Trees to support. Theaters downstairs were also very sold, and Gabrielle handled all the obstacles handed her way. Matthew and Natasha were the energizer bunnies this building relied on for the rest of the night, maintaining positivity and hustle after a very difficult evening. AB

The glassware issue we have run into this passed week has amplified with Kung Fu Panda 4 swinging into the mix. Pints and rocks glasses are the main issue. I'll reiterate, we have plenty of glassware in rotation. Almost 100% of the time that I enter a server station, they are on their phone and/or sitting on stacks of empty glass racks. Theaters are sold out, drinks are dying at the pass, service is being paused because there is no glassware at all. Bartenders were obviously frustrated & stressed. AB

Natasha finished her ADP Sexual Harassment course, meaning the bar team is all clear. Didn't want to end on a sad note :) AB

FOH Staff Observations: 
Huge thanks to Atlas, Alex, Jose, and Julianna. We literally couldn't have finished this night without their tenacity. AB

Prep List: 
Got all of the Oscars prep done! I asked Tevon who's working that event and he agreed, we should clean out the Fistful of Dollars from the bubbler and throw the Pink Goes With Everything in there for the night. If everyone is okay with this, I'll make sure that side gets cleaned during brunch. AB

Negroni and Winter G & T kicked late in the night. AB

Over/Short on Banks:
Filmbot was short by $20.00. AB

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Ordered more plum bitters from Amazon, which will be arriving Sunday.  Umbrellas arriving from Amazon on Monday.  Baldor arriving in the morning.  Big Geyser arriving on Monday. JH

I placed an order for NuFoamicide from Fast Kathy today around noon, and it was here before we opened doors.  Fast AF. JH

Maintenance: 
Added the magnetic door lock from the MOD hallway to bar prep to the Maintenance Doc, as it has become very finicky when it comes time to use it. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
