Manager Communication: 
The rain definitely brought in the crowds.  Almost all theaters were full throughout the day, which kept all floors very busy.  Service ran smoothly, and Trees had a couple of groups hang out for the afternoon. JH

All floors stayed very busy. Lydia needed added support in lobby for a good chunk of the evening to help with Filmbot. Everyone broke a sweat today to keep up with service today. 

BAR Staff Observations: 
Wooooooo, great Saturday crew!  Maya held down Lobby mostly solo this morning, with Matthew floating down for restocks and support as needed.  Darius and Matthew crushed Trees service, toggling glassware and product restocks as needed. JH

Big shoutout to Ian for being such a positive energy in trees during the event. There were some guest that were a bit impatient and particular but Ian kept a smile on not only his face, but Gabrielle and Jeshua as well. Great energy to have behind the bar this evening. -DL

FOH Staff Observations:
Jay, Barry and Sabrina were all great support to the bar. Glassware was an issue early but these 3 really helped to get both bars stocked up during busy periods. -DL

Special Events?
The trees half private for Tony DiBernardo delivered a huge push right around the time Th1 opened up for Ghostbuster. Matthew stopped batching in order to give added support for the beginning of the event before clocking out on time.

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
It may be time to order new drink trays.  The last two weekends there has been a noticeable decrease in trays at both bars.  I'm wondering if the wear and tear of Dune 2 opening weekend resulted in some trays getting tossed without anyone flagging it. JH

Will need to make more CoCo Lime in the morning. Ran through a ton this evening. -DL

Maintenance: 
Kept an eye on the ceiling and windows at Trees today, due to the heavy rain.  Saw no leaks or puddles during the day. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
