Manager Communication:
Rainy day kept things pretty calm for the day. The smaller theaters jumped a little with some walkin but not much action during the first round. Gave the bartenders time to cut and juice fruit and get ahead for the weekend.-DL

Bartenders should keep an eye on the collins glasses and water cups. Finding a lot with residue from the Ecto Chiller and Death Chill. Just a reminder that they need to give them an extra rinse before putting them through the machine. -DL

The rain kept guests at the bar tonight. Jeshua was excellent support for Natasha while Ian got us batched and ready for the weekend. Matthew was absolutely chillin in Lobby. AB

The new bar mats are still in the liquor room because I didn't want to confuse porters who were throwing away the old ones. I already measured and cut the bar mat that goes under the service pass! AB

Found just a minor inconsistency between the Menu Change Master and the Theater Spec Sheet doc, 
-Pistachio Mai Tai: Collins or Rox? AB

BAR Staff Observations: Ian was delightful and willing to help in every direction. AB

FOH Staff Observations: Anyone who has Jay supporting their theater is truly blessed. He is literally never idle. AB

86ed / counts on items:
86: Catskill Black Lager, In the Mood for Love, French Dispatch, Ojo de Tigre Mezcal.  Can we make a point to communicate to servers that Rosaluna is the new Go-To house mezcal? AB

Prep List:
Ecto Chiller when tangerine juice gets in. We could make another batch of Fistful going into the weekend, which will finish off the orgeat syrup we have and hopefully hold us over to new menu day. AB

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Other Half will arrive tomorrow. -DL

Baldor arriving tomorrow. AB

New bar mats arrived tonight! Will toss the oldies at close and have the new ones ready to roll out for tomorrow morning. AB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
