Manager Communication: 

Slow start, into a bustling dinner round.  Busy service on all three floors tonight, but neither bar ever got backed up and drinks were ran without issue.

Customer Comments: 

Had a lovely couple come in who had purchased tickets for Love Lies Bleeding online, and were looking to apply their senior/military discount.  Since the showing was sold out, Filmbot would not allow me to exchange their seats so I could run the refund.  I explained the situation to them, and offered them popcorn and soda on the house in their movie as a substitution.  They seemed pretty happy with that, and Jared comped the items in Th5. 

BAR Staff Observations: 

Really great group today, all leads and a Gabrielle.  Gabrielle held down a very busy Lobby for the majority of the evening, while Tevon batched us up to prep for what looks like a very busy, rainy Saturday.  Ian handled the initial PSP crowd without issue, and was able to get March Madness up on the tv for a spell.  Trees really filled up by 5:30, and Ian, Matthew, and Natasha did a great job navigating both bar guests and a busy theater service.  

Once each bar had a chance to restock and reset for the final push of the evening, both Ian and Tevon were able to get out of here. 

Sick Leave/ Call outs: 

Ashley reached out to me around11:30am to let me know that she was not feeling well and would be unable to come in for her closing shift tonight.  Neither Dana nor Ariel could cover the shift, so I moved her shift to the Sick section and hung around until ten.  I communicated routing and last call times to bartenders and MODs before heading out.

Special Events? 

Park Slope Parents broughta decent crowd to Trees today.  Seems like every time they have a gathering here their numbers grow.  It is a fairly lowkey group, with a lot of babbling babies, so they are a great boost for Trees on Fridays without a big movie opening.

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 

Ian made the comment that since the Ecto Chiller is such a big pour, we should move it over to the In the Mood for Love tumbler at Trees Tuesday morning, after the frozens have been cleaned. 

Unrelated, had two separate incidents tonight where a server bussed a drink that a guest had ordered at Trees that they were not finished with yet.  One was a margarita, and the other was a martini.  In each case bartenders remade the drink and the servers ran it back into the theater.  But this may be a good note for servers to slow down when prebussing, especially cocktails.  Giving the guest a moment to react may have prevented the two situations this evening, but this is certainly not a problem I have noticed in service at all before tonight. 

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 

All deliveries for the week arrived today.  

Baldor arriving tomorrow.  Stumptown arriving on Tuesday. 

Mobilebytes Issues: 
To help deal with the n/a and boozy options for the Ecto Chiller and Death Chill, each button is a different color.  Ecto Chiller is pink and Death Chill is yellow.  Just a heads up, if we can make sure we pass this info on to servers so that we don't have any incorrectly-run drinks.
