Manager Communication: 
First round was pretty mellow, which really gave both bars time to really set themselves up for success for those later sold out showings. JH

Things picked up in Trees going into the last rounds of the night. All the movies were spaced out in a way that gave us ample time to restock even with a crowded bar at Trees. Darius swung downstairs to support Gabrielle for a couple of sold out theater before getting out of here around 9:30. -DL

Customer Comments: 
Had a fair amount of guests in the first round who, in their Spice-induced excitement, misread the theater board posted in Lobby and were waiting patiently in front of the wrong theaters.  Just a reminder for this weekend to prompt any guests who appear to be waiting to be seated in front of a theater that is not due for a seating. In the first round alone, I redirected about ten guests from Th3 to Th2. JH

BAR Staff Observations:
Natasha, Ian and Matthew were great handling the rushes from Dune in Trees and bouncing between the tickets and the guests that walked in. -DL

Prep List:
Negroni keg is super low. A backup is in a Cambro on the bottom shelf. -DL

Over/Short on Banks:
Filmbot was under $9

Pay Outs:

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Stumptown arriving on Tuesday.  Baldor & US Foods arrived today.  The walk-in and soda closet are well stocked for 2une opening weekend. JH

Skurnik came for the pick up, but had an incorrect invoice.  So, they took the Blue Curaçao, but did not take the Daisy cases.  Edgar already reached out to them to correct the issue, and they will be returning to NPP on Monday to pick up the two cases of Daisy marked 'for pick up' in the liquor room. JH

Maintenance: 
The In the Mood for Love in Lobby was left on standby overnight, so we had to toss the product.  That is the tumbler that has been giving us issues and the new part should be arriving today.  Dana will keep an eye out for it, and install when it arrives.  In the meantime, we are just going to keep that tumbler empty until the replacement part is installed and serve all In the Mood for Loves from Trees Lounge. JH

Filmbot Issues: 
Just a reminder that the Oscar-Nominated Live Action shorts are the MubiGo selection this week, so remind Lobby bartenders.  The pass option is live. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
