Sunday 03.03 Ashley/Dana

Manager Communication: 
Today has been very smooth for how busy we were. Miguel spent most of his shift prepping for Trees and the event later tonight. Natasha was a drink machine, and Kelsey was excellent support while handling a full bar of guests. I split up the batching between Natasha and Tevon since it was quite the list. AB

A busy Sunday in the books. Both bars were great with their communications. Outside of glassware, restocking was a breeze with the timing of the theaters. Had a huge rush for the open bar in celebration of closing night but Darius and Tevon were able to tackle it while Maya and I handled the last Dune 2 pushes. Jeshua swung upstairs after closing lobby bar to help wrap things up and relieve Tevon. -DL

BAR Staff Observations:
Can't praise this morning team enough! Kelsey, Miguel, Natasha, & Tevon came to slay. AB

FOH Staff Observations:
Servers in TH1 & TH2 were doing everything they could to get those drinks out and bring glassware back. Erech was even running up clean glassware to Trees from kitchen without being asked. It definitely made these busy pushes more manageable. AB

That being said, Regina doesn't really seem to understand how necessary teamwork is in this building. I constantly found her sitting down on the stairs in her theater. She interrupted service multiple times for what was not work-related. Later on, she was leaning on the ice machine and texting while I had two full trays ready to go up to TH1. When I asked her to run them, she told me that wasn't her theater. Mind you, there were zero tickets for any other theater on the board. I explained that everyone supports each other in this building and she couldn't just hang out at the bar. Multiple servers had expressed an issue with her performance today. AB

Special Events?
Short closing party was busy busy but the team was amazing. Tevon, Darius and Maya are the definition of all-stars. -DL

Prep List:
We were able to make half of a The Water of Life batch. Gotta catch up on syrups tomorrow. AB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
