Friday 5/31 Benjamin

Manager Communication:   Besides 1 walkout from theater 1, a solid night.  Smooth service in highly sold theaters for the dinner round.  Packed bar most of the night. Booksmart is holding strong, and Ma and Rocketman opened well. Customer Comments: Had a walkout for $61 from theater 1.  We were proactive, starting with Connor letting us know that the dine and dash was declined before the checks were dropped.  They were 2 18 year old girls who did not have a form of payment, and as I was trying to keep one in the building after the other one left.  The other came back and they hustled me to walk to the ATM with them.  They took off running, and I told them they were not welcome back, and called our precinct and gave them a description.   BAR Staff Observations: Everyone rocked it.  Ryan got us prepped up, and William and Malka held down upstairs.  Susan and Eliel killed it downstairs. FOH Staff Observations: Really go...

Nick Thursday 5/30

Manager Communication: Good night tonight. Everything went smoothly. We experimented with some new and more defined MOD closing responsibilities and I think it worked very well. We will discuss at the all MOD meeting on Tuesday. Special Events? The kids in the opening Aladdin were very rowdy as expected. We should discuss on Tuesday but the concensus seems to be that field trips should be private shows as it was not a great experience for anyone else in the theater. I think if we can we should still do it for matinees that we dont expect to sell very well, but mark the theater as otherwise sold out. Prep List: Aftershock is ready to go for the weekend. Jesse is kegging and Charging Pride first thing tomorrow, and I will clean the lones and kook it up before open. The sun down is batched and grenadine is ready. We should be good to go for the weekend.

5/29 Wednesday Benjamin

Manager Communication:  We had a solid night, with Mad Max and the Creature event driving bar sales to almost Friday levels.  The bar was full most of the night, and I did a Midori cocktail to move through it for the Creature event.  I also highlighted the Perfectly Balanced on the Creature menu to move through some of it as the batch is a bit high. I printed the Don't Let the Sun Go Down on Me and left it in the insets of the folders.  The grenadine is made, but the Acid Adjusted OJ should not be made til friday.  Probably a double batch.  The Empress Gin and Grenadine can just go in cheaters for each bar as they are both poured in separately.  The sugar rim can be done by just setting up the rimming tin with a line of each color sugar and then rolling the glass through the different colors. (in the bar storage in Upstairs bar near the backup printer paper).  The flags can be made ahead of time and kept in the lowboy.  I forgot to req...

Tuesday 5.28 Jesse

Manager Communication: Decent pickup for the 7s tonight after a busy Hawks with Babies and not much else for the early round. Overall, a good Tuesday though really driven by those 7s. Slow late night showings as well tapered off into an easy, slow end of night. Bar crowd through 9:00 pm started to dissipate after that. Got lots of organization and cleaning done early, Ryan really detailed HiRes and cleaned under mats and backbar shelves. Not much else to report, cut Ryan and ran 1 up/1 down for the rest of the night to no issue. Customer Comments: Had a group of guests at the bar try and love the Alfredo Garcia, had another in the theatre and then hung out at both bars afterward chatting up the bar team. They were great. Lots of really cool bar guests tonight. BAR Staff Observations: Antonio had his first live Lobby shift, it was a long one but he did a great job. Despite the meeting running long, he had the bar set up in no time and was proactive with guests. It was great to see...

Benjamin 5/27 Memorial Day

Manager Communication: Busy first few rounds, tapered down later.  Long shifts all around, but the bar is gonna make some money.  My plan was going to be to support Susan upstairs until Rebecca came in, but then the team needed Grace to work the theater upstairs, so I had to run the lobby bar.  Susan was stuck upstairs alone for the first round and a half and rocked it hard!  I am letting Perfectly Balanced run low,  if we have to prep 1 bottle worth, we can, but we should be good going into these slow days. Customer Comments: Had a customer mention that he has been in the bar business for a while and would like some light on our bottles.  Now that the upstairs bar is darker, those need lights behind them as well. BAR Staff Observations: Susan rocked it!  We called Antonio in early and he got here around 3.  I swung up to support Susan on the second round.  Rebecca got here at 4 and got everything caught up. Antonio had a great fir...

Sunday 5.26 Jesse

Manager Communication: Strong business all day, today. Our ticket sales were well over Saturday, with close to sold out mid day shows and then fully slammed for the 7s and some late shows. Booksmart keeps killing it; already sold out a few times tomorrow as well.  Having a drink runner compared to how things went tray building/drink running yesterday was a huge difference and help tonight. Well handled and super efficient drink service. Bars got nice and busy both for brunch (had a large group take up many tables) and stayed that way through 10:30 pm. Overall a very busy day with consistent drink rushes throughout. Had to hope behind a few times when the bar was 1-2 deep but otherwise everyone was on it. Customer Comments: Had a guest return the Alfredo Garcia saying that it wasn't sweet enough. Also had a group of a few guests waiting for the 9:25 pm Booksmart complain about how long they had to stand in line, but I responded that they would at least be guaranteeing themselves...

5/26 Brunch Benjamin

Manager Communication: Decent morning but nothing crazy cause of the nice weather.  A nice pop for the 4 pm round.  Got good and batched for the shift. Batch recipe is in for the Rocket Man Cocktail.  Will add to menu change tomorrow. Customer Comments: BAR Staff Observations: Strong crew FOH Staff Observations: Hiring/Training: Sick Leave/ Call outs: Special Event:  Spoons, moderate business Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 86ed / counts on items: Prep List: R&D comp checks: Over/Short on Banks: Pay Outs: Lost & Found?: Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Maintenance: Mobilebytes Issues: Filmbot Issues: Rachel noticed Film Bots had sold 193 tickets to theater 2 and that theater 1 was set at 166 for the 7's.  We caught it early enough that it will only be tough, and not a serious problem.

Saturday 5.25 Jesse

Manager Communication: Busy night, we had a steady but never overwhelming start to the day but we saw HUGE pick up in terms of walk in business. That seems par for the course this time of year; slower pre-orders but lots of walk ins for the 4s and especially 7s as people leave the park and decide to see a movie. Even the late rounds picked up. Booksmart is killing it, sold shows through the end of the night. Bar got hit hard given the moving shows leading to tight showtimes and lots of busy showings hitting service at HiRes within 20 minutes. Also, the tight turn arounds were really difficult from a line management standpoint, as we had to turn over sold out theatres and went over the pre-show start times. We extended the 9:25 pm Booksmart pre-show to give the servers time to take orders as it sat late. Not having a Bar Runner was a hit today, if we are going to lost a critical staff position we need more dedicated coverage for it than to just tell servers we don't have a positio...

Nick Saturday Brunch 5/25

Hiring/Training: I updated Susan to be a lead in MB and sent her a link for a filmbot login. I also had her sign a pay rate form. She is officially a lead. Antonio is finished with training as well. His first shift will be on Monday. Sick Leave/ Call outs: Rebecca is sick today. I put her on the Sick leave calendar. Grace was able to cover her shift. Special Events? Spoons today, not as big a turnout as usual, hopefully the evening shows will be a hit. We had a bunch of technical problems to start. Daniel was doing his best to get it going, but he was not properly prepared or set-up. We had to seat 25 minutes late, but he was able to get everything set up properly.

Friday 5/24 Benjamin

Manager Communication: Busy day, strong early and late rounds with a really good dinner push.  The bar definitely felt the close seatings, but handled it well.  William set the pace, and drinks were being run well in the theaters. Lots of drinking tonight, between John Wick, Booksmart, and even the late Aladdin.  Good bar crowds all night, before and after most shows. Customer Comments: There was a group of 4 gentlemen before the 7:25 John Wick, two of whom had a few shots and beers.  Beau noticed that they were a bit intoxicated to begin the movie, and alerted the MOD's.  I cut them off before receiving any drinks in the theater, and later in the show, a customer ahead of them complained about their noise.  Michael escorted them out, they paid their checks and left.  I addressed it with Adriana, and she said they did not show her signs of intoxication besides being loud.  I stressed that she needs to feel comfortable to tell people no mor...

Nick Thursday 5/23

Manager Communication: No events and pretty quiet everywhere tonight. Not too much to report. I added a ginger lime soda option to the beverage modifiers. We should still be suggesting ginger beer with limes in the theater for mules, but the conversation needs to happen with customers anytime we are not able to serve a drink as it is meant to be, ie mules irish coffee, etc. Hiring/Training: Susan had a training prep day today, it was very productive. She is on track to start her lead position Monday. Prep List: Susan was able to knock out quite a bit of batching tonight. We will need ginger syrup made tomorrow. Maintenance: The pump on the wall AC in the theater 2 booth was dead, so condensation had been leaking down in to the ceiling and it dropped through today. Juan cut a hole to drain it and is going to replaster and repaint tomorrow. We had Palco out and they replaced the pump in the unit.

wednesday 5/22 Benjamin

Manager Communication: Slow night.  Ash put her shift up early, and let me know she was very sick, so I reached out to everyone to cover.  Grace was the only one able to and could come in at 7:30.  Rebecca could not stay til close.  Malka then put out her back today, and tried to work through it but was in severe pain around 8 pm.  I filled out an incident report and put it in her folder.   I had Rebecca and Antonio help her close the bar, rerouted, and stuck myself down in the downstairs bar for the beginning of the tens to do film bots. I will have the final recipe for the Rocket Man cocktail by EoD Friday BAR Staff Observations: Everyone pulled together well.  We made it work with short staff, and big props to Grace, she saved the day by coming in.  Hiring/Training: Antonio did a great job, and got to see some batching, and run the slow service that we had with Rebecca just keeping an eye on him.  Rebecca said he did a great job...

Tuesday 5.19 Jesse

Manager Communication: It was slow, and then it wasn't. We had very low sales for the early round and then the Instrument audience came to the bar and then filled the theatre. We got a strong push of both theatre tickets and initial trivia teams drinking at the bar/tables. Eliel took cocktail service and did a really great job, I hopped behind the bar for the main service/trivia push and then left Jeremy and Ryan to crush the rest of the night. Customer Comments: Another really fun and well balance, well received trivia crowd. BAR Staff Observations:  Jeremy and Ryan make a serious team on service. Malka held it down downstairs and also batched and got us in good shape, good team today. Special Events? Trivia went great, Instrument crowd drank pretty heavily and gave us great sales for the bar as well. 86ed / counts on items: Collective Arts during trivia, went back on after trivia. Prep List: Made Alfredo, FWWM and Cool Runnings with Plantation. Please make sure this b...

5/20 Monday Benjamin

Manager Communication: Steady night, good bar business with lots of drinkers from Instrument.  Numbers for other theaters were low, but lots of staff who were off came in for the tens with friends. We are ahead on prep. BAR Staff Observations: Susan had her first prep shift.  Knocked lots out, with just a bit of guidance from Nick and I.  She was not feeling well, so after the Theater 1 rush, I got her out of here. FOH Staff Observations: Sold out theater 1 was handled well, with all hands flipping it very quickly after the Q&A went long Hiring/Training: Susan trained on a lead prep shift Special Events: Instrument.  Drinkers, but not eaters. Prep List: Posted Maintenance: Had some issues with the sankey for the LIC, but think it is fixed, the sankey for the Naragannset is in a rough spot, will have fixed with line.

Sunday 5.19 Jesse

Manager Communication: Slower AM shows than the previous Sunday, the pattern held throughout the day. Not much walk in pickup, especially as got into the late shows. Cut down to bare bones staff throughout. Down to 2 up, 1 down by 8:30 pm, down to 1 up, 1 down at 10:30 pm and shut lobby and went down to 1 at 11:00 pm. Managed to fill the down time by reorganizing the low boys in the lobby to mirror as discussed and consolidate the back this morning and then break out and organize the walk in at night. Customer Comments: Had guests complain about the heat in theatre 4, it truly got bad for the 4-5 pm show and climbed to around 78 degrees. BAR Staff Observations: A very productive staff on today that filled their down time well, mostly with very little guidance. Just cleaning and getting stuff done. FOH Staff Observations:  Specifically high marks for Michael, Jo, Kunsang and RM who were prompt as heck coming to the bar to run drinks and rotate glassware properly. Hiring/T...

Saturday 5.18 Jesse

Manager Communication: Lots of pick up for the mid afternoon and late shows. Having a wider range of films with different run times spread things out evenly; no real rest for the service bar tonight but it was well handled. Still found time to stock and batch. Even our late shows picked up nicely and gave us a strong hit. Decent bar crowds until 11:00 pm as well. Definitely a more adult crowd for John Wick, both in terms of theatre ordering (many more drinks) and also in the amount of people coming and going to the bar before and after the film. Made cuts to 1 down at 9:30 pm and 2 up at 10:30 pm. Routed Lobby bar at 10:45 pm and had breakdown done by midnight. Cut bar runner before the late round, had cut servers running drinks. Customer Comments: Had a couple buy tickets for detective Pikachu for yesterday by accident. It was sold out today. They said it was their first time here and date night and they felt dumb, but didn't want to see anything else. They weren't sure...

Nick Saturday Brunch 5/18/19

Manager Communication:  Slow but steady, was able to cut pretty aggressively. Customer Comments:   We had an older gentleman have an unconscious episode in the first theater 1 show today. He was slumped over his table and sweating. His wife alerted the server and we immediately called 911. We had to stop the film when the paramedics came. He was conscious by the time they got here and he seemed fine, but a little rattled. We started the film back up very quickly and gave everyone passes with their checks. It was handled very well by Kylie and by the FOH MODs. Ryan sent an incident report. In that same show, there was a child's birthday party. it was about 20 kids and 10 adults. I spoke to them before the show about our policies. They were very nice and receptive and we did not have any issues with them. They were also very understanding about the show stoppage. We had a guest appearance from Miss Emma. She's cute as a button. Special Events? Only 2 people for the B...

Friday 3.17 Benjamin

Manager Communication: Steady night.  The John Wick crowd is definitely a drinking crowd -- mostly beer.  Slowed down at the bar after the tens sat.  I got Adriana and the openers out on the early side.  Closed with two up and one down so that William could train Susan on the close. Nick, the Jungle Bird draft line downstairs is not pulling.  Everything is connected correctly, and upstairs is fine.  I took the handle apart at the top, and could not find anything wrong.  Can you look at it tomorrow? BAR Staff Observations: Better pacing this week.  The tickets kept coming, but they went out at a steady, instead of crazy pace. FOH Staff Observations: A few times of no liquor mods put in on liquor pours.  Let's do make those required. Staff Meeting Notes:  walkin organization 86ed / counts on items: Pinot Noir bottles are back, baby! Prep List: posted. Maintenance: Downstairs Junglebird line (see manager's note) Mobileb...

3/16 Thursday Benjamin

Manager Communication: Slow day, with a bit of business for John Wick but not a ton.  Sent the openers out early, and rerouted the downstairs bar at 10:25. New closing checklist and John Wick recipe is in bar books. I started a gf oleo to play with for the Dead Don't Die Cocktail. We are good and organized going into the weekend.  Special Events - offsite party in the park Prep List: Posted Lost & Found?: Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Jesse put away liquor, I put away beer.  Looking good for Friday.

Tuesday 5.14 Jesse

Manager Communication: Very little to report outside of Film Feast. A slow Tuesday with low starting sales and some pick up for the 7s and then very slow 10s. Tolkien and Hustle failed to sell for the late round, so we cut 4/6 and shut the theatres once plenty of time had passed and still no one came in. Cut the bar to 1 down after Film Feast, kept 2 for after-party to start then cut to 1 30 minutes in to the party. Routed lobby at 10:30 pm and shut the gate at 10:45 pm, got Susan out by midnight. Jeremy had time in between 7s and after party to batch and got us healthy. Customer Comments: Had a group of first-timers from the neighborhood in the bar area and then in theatre 5, they loved everything. Same reaction from a couple in 7. Film Feast guests were over the moon. BAR Staff Observations: Jeremy worked cocktail well/service mostly solo for the 7s, crushed it, then batched effectively and came on back. Special Events? Film Feast @ 7pm Prep List: Just Cool Runnings needed...
Manager Communication: Solid Monday, boosted by the theater 3 buyout.  Nothing crazy, but good bar business, including a group who sat upstairs on the Mezz and ate and drank a little bit.  The folks before and after theater 3 also drank and hung out a bit, as did many people for the movies.  Good for a Monday. I got gentian and chinchona before shift, so Jesse, you do not need to.  BAR Staff Observations: Ben was feeling sick with a sore throat, so I got him out early. Hiring/Training: Interviewed Antonio.  He is coming for a trail on Wednesday. Sick Leave/ Call outs: Cut Ben Early Special Events: Theater 3 Murder in the first row.  Drinking crowd for sure, mostly beer. Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: We need mint, gingerale BiB and Coke BiB.  Good on all other coke products.

Nick Saturday 5/11

Manager Communication: Busy night tonight, not too much action at the bar though. Service went well. Customer comments: We had two different groups with Williamsburg tickets tonight.  The shows they wanted to see were sold out here, but we got them ecredits and passes. Prep List: We should be pretty good on prep for tomorrow, we will need to make G&T as soon as we get gentian root. Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Can we order gentian root for Monday we will need to batch G&T, and we will also need it for film feast. Also we will need OJ we got some from the store today so we will be able to get through tomorrow.

Sunday 5.12 Jesse

Manager Communication: Very busy morning, solid sell outs through the 4 o clock shows, steady 7s and then a real drop off for the late shows. A real staffing/cuts dream though; we had staff when we needed them and then hard times where we could cut to thin staff and get lots of batching and consolidating done. Down to 2 up, 1 down at 8:00 pm, routed lobby at 9:00 pm and shut the bar down fully closed and clean by 10:45 pm. Customer Comments: We had a very irate group of guests in theatre 7 for the late show. Guests had a child and had the volume up on a phone during the film. Server Ellie told them to please put it away, then told them to please keep their child in the seat. At one point, she told the child to please sit down as she almost ran in to her. The two women in charge of the group then held their check and waited to pay. The child started crying and the father took it to the lobby. The women approached me and were hostile from the start, accusing the server and I of starin...
Manager Communication: Solid Friday night.  All movies except Tolkien had solid performances. Good job by all, on prep, restocking, consistently making it work.  I ordered Yuzu and Pomegranate juice for tomorrow.  We have enough michelada to start, but will need to make more.  I texted ash to let her know. I started Ice for the film feast. BAR Staff Observations: Total pros all night FOH Staff Observations: Theater 7 after the dinner round did not bus enough for the end of the show, and had a slow turn.  Everything else was great, especially theater 3 who had a deep negative turn time because we flipped theaters 3 and 1 for the late round.  Go Gabby! Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Quieter "corners" near theater 1. label tabs!  keep stations neat during rushes. fresh lemon and lime juices. Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor for tomorrow.

5/8 Benjamin

Manager Communication: The Game Machines are both working!!! Mostly slow and uneventful.  People seemed to really like game night.  A turn out of 5 for the d and d part,  then they got the people at the bar to stay and drink with the word games they brought. Around 9:40 we got a call from theater 1 and all responded.  A young woman in theater 1 with a history of seizures was having a seizure. We stopped the movie and got the lights on.  Her father was with her, and a doctor from Methodist was in the theater.  The doctor stayed with her until EMT's arrived, and explained the situation to the EMT's.  The EMT's took her to Methodist, and I got the father's name and contact info, as well as the doctors (on the incident report under the witness section).  We gave passes to all the guests in the theater, and no one was upset.  Everyone was just concerned. Customer Comments: 3 boys tried to sneak into theater 6 without tickets and were tol...

Tuesday 5.7 Jesse

Manager Communication: Slow start to the day, outside of the sell out for Warriors and a busy trivia night, a pretty mellow shift otherwise. Trivia forced the line for Warriors downstairs, which was logistically far from ideal but we rolled with it and handled it without issue. Swung Ben upstairs at 6:45 pm to cover the bar with Ryan, Malka served the floor and also directed guests to the bar. Much more of a cocktail service with bar service vibe to the night tonight, which kept the bar going after trivia was over for a bit. Tonight's trivia was an ideal amount of people and hopefully twice a month trivia will yield a crowd of about this size. Customer Comments: Had a walk out in theatre 1. Two guests sitting all the way at 101/102 were loudly talking and warned on two occasions. I told them that if they were talking again during the film, I would ask them to leave. At some point in the next half hour they got up, went to the bathroom and never came back. Otherwise, super po...

5/6 Benjamin

Manager Communication: slow night for the first time in a bit.  We got good and caught up. Ben had a good prep shift.  We have enough Wilsons and Tethered to get us through the week. It is a no prep.  Warriors... Come out to play-ay Prep List: Start Iced Tea Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: We need to order more Ice-T bags Maintenance: The Glycol chiller had some water dripping off it when I got in.  I put a tray under it and the temp never varied.  I think it is just condensation, but I will take a look at it tomorrow.

Sunday 5.5 Jesse

Manager Communication: A busy Sunday brunch followed by continued strong sales for the mid day shows and 7s. Theatre 1's AC issue hit us hardest going in to the 7s but we handed out some passes for the guests that endured the heat at the prior show and Gerard, Rachel and I stood in the lobby alerting guests going in for the 6:15 pm. Almost all decided to keep their tickets and we had cut the humidity by the time the show started and cooled it down by the middle of the film. We really only tapered off for the late shows, but it was a big drop due to the weather and it not being opening weekend. Allowed us to run strong and tight on labor, and then make aggressive cuts. Went to 3 up and 2 down as soon as the closers got in, went to 1 bartender in lobby and 2 in HiRes after 8:30 pm. Rerouted lobby bar at 9:45 after 3/5/7 preshows and had Lobby bar shut down by 10:45 pm. No issues, good stock for the day and plenty of consolidating time followed by small batching here and there to s...

5/5 Brunch Benjamin

Manager Communication: Mostly full all rounds.  Theater 1 HVAC was not working, and by the 2's it was too hot.  We gave passes to the theater, and appollogized.  Most people seamed understanding.   Better early sales than yesterday. Customer Comments:  We had to get people out of theater 6 who were trying to watch the Mariachi band without tickets and were just standing in the aisles.  We explained that it was a fire hazard and that the show was sold out. BAR Staff Observations: Michael and Ash held down a very busy first round, and Malka and Jay got them nice and prepped when they came in. FOH Staff Observations:  Good support, a little short staffed for a rainy Sunday.  Our first round was solid, and people had to run. Special Events: Country Brunchin' sold out.  The band was a bit confused as to payment, we cleared it up, but if we can be clear ahead of time in the future, that would be excellent. 86ed / counts on i...

Saturday 5.4 Jesse

Manager Communication: Busy night tonight, we actually had a more even spread of ticket sales tonight and sold out all 7s. Avengers in its second week kept strong sales for all showtimes, but the other films and Long Shot's opening did well as well. The service bar stayed consistently busy with huge pushes for the pre-shows, upstairs and downstairs. Cut to one bartender in Lobby at 9:30 pm, that earlier in time for Eliel left us a bit short for the latest round, Ryan needed a bit of managerial assistance balancing lobby guests and service bar, but did a great job and cut servers were running drinks and helping all over the place. Good service, decent bar crowd tonight as well with more tables available to them. Customer Comments: Had a very irate guest come in at 9:50 pm for the 10:00 pm Endgame, not find seats and then swap tickets for the 11:00 pm. She must have forgotten that I was the one to print both her initial tickets and her exchange, and told me that she arrive 40 mi...

Nick Saturday Brunch 5/4/19

Manager Communication: It's good to be back! The first round wasn't too busy, but it was pretty much all sold out after that. Service went well. We probably did not need the Eliel to come in as early as he did, I pushed Malka back for tomorrow. We had a large school group come in to theater 1 today. They bought 35 tickets in person yesterday. In the future whenever selling tickets to large groups let's give a heads up to the MODs that will be working that shift, as large parties can need special attention handling bills and also they are more likely to be disruptive, especially when it's a school group. They did need special attention today, as they were all on one bill and were also tax exempt. They also wanted a refund for eight of the tickets they did not use after the show was already over. I tried explaining our policy on this, but they said that the person that sold the tickets told them it would be fine to credit them for any tickets they didn't use. I...

5/3 Benjamin

Manager Communication: Solid Friday.  Endgame performed well, but not as crazy as last week.  Longshot sold out 2 rounds.  Lines for Endgame were lesser at seating times. Rather smooth service.  Good bar crowd, with lots of drinks sold after the sevens and before the tens. Break out an extra rack of coffee mugs for the weekend, please. Customer Comments: More people switching with fewer sold out shows. BAR Staff Observations: Great crew on.  Got good and prepped for the weekend.  FOH Staff Observations: Glassware still needs to be rotated more proactively.  When we needed it, 10 minutes later we were nice and full. Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Do not enter staff areas after you have clocked out and sat at the bar!  Better Greetings when people walk into bar. 86ed / counts on items: still bottles of Pinot Noir Prep List: Posted -- do not prep tethered or wilsons unless we are very low.  And only prep in 1/4 batches.  We ...

5/1 Happy Mayday - Benjamin

Manager Communication: Slowed down a bit from earlier in the week, but still busy for a Wednesday!  Got Elliel out of here after the 8 30 rush was done, both bars were restocked, and the prep was caught up on. I printed out a prep sheet for Ash for tomorrow.  I also printed the Longshot special and it is in the folder at the front of all three binders. Jesse, while checking things in tomorrow, make sure Union and Serene take their kegs!!! BAR Staff Observations: Elliel was rested and great.  He got a ton of prep at the bar done during the early rounds, swung downstairs when Ash got here to help Adriana with the 2 avenger theaters, swung back up for the rushes, and got prep done like a champ. FOH Staff Observations: Great teamwork to run drinks during rushes. Hiring/Training: Sick Leave/ Call outs: Special Events -- the "Good Neighbors" ordered 2 bottles of wine in addition to their 2 discounted platters of food.  They asked "why did the organizer...
