5/1 Happy Mayday - Benjamin



Manager Communication:
Slowed down a bit from earlier in the week, but still busy for a Wednesday!  Got Elliel out of here after the 8 30 rush was done, both bars were restocked, and the prep was caught up on.

I printed out a prep sheet for Ash for tomorrow.  I also printed the Longshot special and it is in the folder at the front of all three binders.

Jesse, while checking things in tomorrow, make sure Union and Serene take their kegs!!!

BAR Staff Observations:
Elliel was rested and great.  He got a ton of prep at the bar done during the early rounds, swung downstairs when Ash got here to help Adriana with the 2 avenger theaters, swung back up for the rushes, and got prep done like a champ.

FOH Staff Observations:
Great teamwork to run drinks during rushes.

Special Events -- the "Good Neighbors" ordered 2 bottles of wine in addition to their 2 discounted platters of food.  They asked "why did the organizers of the other group get drink tokens and we don't".  The older folks who ordered their own drinks (i.e. not on the hosts tab) did not tip at all.  Can we please set some boundaries for these events.

86ed / counts on items: Tecate is close to gone, but we have 15 cases coming Friday.  Accurate count in computer.

Prep List: Posted

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Skurnik, Union, Empire, Coeur, Serene tomorrow.  Manhattan and Interboro on Friday.  Let's support Ian as much as possible checking things in.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
