Benjamin 5/27 Memorial Day

Manager Communication:
Busy first few rounds, tapered down later.  Long shifts all around, but the bar is gonna make some money.  My plan was going to be to support Susan upstairs until Rebecca came in, but then the team needed Grace to work the theater upstairs, so I had to run the lobby bar.  Susan was stuck upstairs alone for the first round and a half and rocked it hard! 

I am letting Perfectly Balanced run low,  if we have to prep 1 bottle worth, we can, but we should be good going into these slow days.

Customer Comments:
Had a customer mention that he has been in the bar business for a while and would like some light on our bottles.  Now that the upstairs bar is darker, those need lights behind them as well.

BAR Staff Observations: Susan rocked it!  We called Antonio in early and he got here around 3.  I swung up to support Susan on the second round.  Rebecca got here at 4 and got everything caught up.
Antonio had a great first shift.  Good at pingponging and good with guests.  Still learning all the policies, but many are, and he is actively asking the questions.

FOH Staff Observations: Did a good job with small staffs.

Hiring/Training:

Sick Leave/ Call outs: Sent Grace home around 6, as she was sniffly and getting sick.  She gave her shift tomorrow to Antonio, but said she thinks she can make the bar meeting tomorrow.  I told her if she couldn't to just email us.

Mobilebytes Issues: The Bloody Mary was in the computer at $10.  I noticed it bartending today, communicated it to Ryan, and it is now fixed for both locations.
