Manager Communication: Busy night tonight, we actually had a more even spread of ticket sales tonight and sold out all 7s. Avengers in its second week kept strong sales for all showtimes, but the other films and Long Shot's opening did well as well. The service bar stayed consistently busy with huge pushes for the pre-shows, upstairs and downstairs. Cut to one bartender in Lobby at 9:30 pm, that earlier in time for Eliel left us a bit short for the latest round, Ryan needed a bit of managerial assistance balancing lobby guests and service bar, but did a great job and cut servers were running drinks and helping all over the place. Good service, decent bar crowd tonight as well with more tables available to them.

Customer Comments: Had a very irate guest come in at 9:50 pm for the 10:00 pm Endgame, not find seats and then swap tickets for the 11:00 pm. She must have forgotten that I was the one to print both her initial tickets and her exchange, and told me that she arrive 40 minutes early for her film and couldn't find two seats together and that we should have assigned seating. I noted the comment, told her it was in the works and also explained why we have our pre-show and early seating system that she arrived 20 minutes into and therefore couldn't find seats.

BAR Staff Observations: Jay did a great job both behind the bar and batching at EON.

FOH Staff Observations: In general, this service was really nicely worked by the staff. Cut servers running drinks, staff bussing and rotating glassware much better.

86ed / counts on items: Orchid garnishes.

Prep List: Batched Alfredo and Perfectly Balanced at the end of the night. Good starts on the rest of the cocktails for service tomorrow. We are a bit thin on Firewalk and don't have Combier, Passion Puree is defrosted and waiting in the walk in, we may have to go out and buy Combier to batch enough to get us through service.
