Manager Communication: Lots of pick up for the mid afternoon and late shows. Having a wider range of films with different run times spread things out evenly; no real rest for the service bar tonight but it was well handled. Still found time to stock and batch.

Even our late shows picked up nicely and gave us a strong hit. Decent bar crowds until 11:00 pm as well. Definitely a more adult crowd for John Wick, both in terms of theatre ordering (many more drinks) and also in the amount of people coming and going to the bar before and after the film. Made cuts to 1 down at 9:30 pm and 2 up at 10:30 pm. Routed Lobby bar at 10:45 pm and had breakdown done by midnight. Cut bar runner before the late round, had cut servers running drinks.

 Customer Comments: Had a couple buy tickets for detective Pikachu for yesterday by accident. It was sold out today. They said it was their first time here and date night and they felt dumb, but didn't want to see anything else. They weren't sure what time they might be able to come tomorrow, so I gave them yellow passes.

BAR Staff Observations: Jenn is an amazing service bartender; calls for drinks clearly, runs the bar and gets drinks out timely. Held it down today. Everyone came in top form, which was needed and made the shift busy but handled.

FOH Staff Observations: Sam P, Ben and Brett were awesome about coming to service for their drinks. When we cut Bar Runners, we really need to be clear with theatres that had them that they are now running drinks, fell by the wayside a bit late.

Prep List: Made Black as Night, in good shape batch wise.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
