Manager Communication:
 We had a solid night, with Mad Max and the Creature event driving bar sales to almost Friday levels.  The bar was full most of the night, and I did a Midori cocktail to move through it for the Creature event.  I also highlighted the Perfectly Balanced on the Creature menu to move through some of it as the batch is a bit high.

I printed the Don't Let the Sun Go Down on Me and left it in the insets of the folders.  The grenadine is made, but the Acid Adjusted OJ should not be made til friday.  Probably a double batch.  The Empress Gin and Grenadine can just go in cheaters for each bar as they are both poured in separately.  The sugar rim can be done by just setting up the rimming tin with a line of each color sugar and then rolling the glass through the different colors. (in the bar storage in Upstairs bar near the backup printer paper).  The flags can be made ahead of time and kept in the lowboy. 

I forgot to request we order Maraschino Liqueur for this week, so we need to pick some up.  I can do this on my way in Friday.

I left water in the Perfectly Balanced Bubblers and transferred the cocktail to store and pours as we will be changing this up Friday.  I think the Rocketman cocktail might be a good option for bubblers.


BAR Staff Observations:  Great team on today.  Rebecca prepped us up well after Jeremy got in, and assisted with the pre Mad Max rush.  Malka and Ash held it down for Mad Max and Creature, and Jeremy held it down downstairs.


Special Events:  Mad Max, good drinking crowd at bar before and after show, as well as lots of orders during show.  Great midweek event.

Creature Publishing at upstairs bar.  Good crowd of 15 or 20.  Spent some money.  I bought both of the hosts 1 drink each.  


Prep List:  Focus on organizing the walking and condensing.  We are prepped on most things, just need some TLC for the walkin during the prep shift.  We were nice and busy until late, but got most of the batching we need done. 



Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Put away orders today, more coming tomorrow.
