Manager Communication: I have taken to leaving the bar prep rags to dry overnight then using those in bar prep as the floor rags, since on busy days it can get wet, no spills on my watch.-LB I'm down with this. - AB2 Solid night all around and everything went real smooth. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Natasha would not let me pull and arrange tickets. This needs to be reminded to the bar staff. A. I organize them in a fashion that makes sense, I don't care if you don't read them all, I am going to tell you what to do. B. I have hands that aren't busy. Manager Communication: Solid smooth day at the Hawk here in Prospect Park. - AB2 Customer Comments: A lady came down and passed out in the lobby. I was there to help her out and Dwight went and got her man in the theater. I was next to her while she was on the floor and told her I was here for her if she needed anything. I got her Ice in a glove and water for her to drink. Her man came through and I closed his check in TH1 and grabbed their bag. Wyatt spoke to them if they wanted to fill out a report and that is al written down in the FOH blog. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Everyone was great tonight. Tevon got out around 7:00ish and I was able to get Patrick out after the last busy push in Tree's. Manager Communication:  Mellow first round, which gave us plenty of time to prep for the sold out dinner rounds and last round ST&B. JH I met Elaine in Trees Lounge, she is lovely. I touched base with her about training shifts and emailed Jenn to confer about the logistics. Should have a solid idea of the schedule by Tuesday if not earlier.-LB Jenn: I did inventory of all alcohol in liquor room and all alcohol in bar prep lowboy, including all NA spirits in liquor room. Natasha took 1 Sangiovese/1 Pinot noir to the bar that I asked her to tag as already counted. Manager Communication: emailed a proposed training schedule for Elaine. Confirming orientations for both new trainees ASAP.  Jericho confirmed for Wednesday at 3:45pm orientation  . -LB Was not able to get to cleaning the frozen machines tonight - Jenn is aware and will be coming in a little early tomorrow to get them all purdy for the busy weekend. Jeshua was having some eye irritation, and let me know that he may need to see his doctor about it tomorrow, and may end up being a little bit late for his shift. He'll be in communication with Bar MOD's with updates tomorrow. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Was #blessed to have three leads on tonight. Manager Communication: Soda has been moved.-LB  Very quiet day. Got the new Thunderbolts* special cooked up and ready. Greg continues to kill it, and Tevon was great in the lobby. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Super low-key tonight - everyone did a wonderful job. - IP FOH Staff Observations: Sabrina is such a great help when things get sidetracked. Manager Communication: The root beer blipped out on the service soda gun at Trees. Went to change syrup, but it was full.  Disconnected and reconnected, working now. Did cocacola ever come by?-LB The trays have been really elusive as of late. I don't know where they all go to hide during busy seatings but they must have a secret hang out.-LB I brought two crew bottles to Trees for Cobra Chai so they have a back up to rotate when they refill/clean.-LB I still have not been able to locate the Webstaurant package that arrived last Monday afternoon with the flange back ups in the package, they are pricey. Matty vaguely remembers getting these so I will follow up with kitchen team the next few days.-LB Gus, the bar team was asking and I agree with them, if we could get 750 ml milagro bottles for behind the bar in the well.
