Manager Communication: 
Mellow first round, which gave us plenty of time to prep for the sold out dinner rounds and last round ST&B. JH
I met Elaine in Trees Lounge, she is lovely. I touched base with her about training shifts and emailed Jenn to confer about the logistics. Should have a solid idea of the schedule by Tuesday if not earlier.-LB
Jenn: I did inventory of all alcohol in liquor room and all alcohol in bar prep lowboy, including all NA spirits in liquor room. Natasha took 1 Sangiovese/1 Pinot noir to the bar that I asked her to tag as already counted. I will keep ringer on in case I need to sync anything, but it went pretty well, I feel like it is all falling into place. -LB
I left a list for bar prep Jenn, if there is anything you want to add etc. Thank you.-LB


BAR Staff Observations: The team really gelling tonight. Each offering to help out in the scheme of busy pushes and preparations. Tevon stuck through 7:30. Gab is finishing up some batching and will get cut around 8:15pm-LB
Natasha will be working the Swing/Trees shifts this weekend once her relief gets in. -

FOH Staff Observations: Kat is a great person, definitely a champion of service after last night.-LB
I feel like wherever I look Quetzie is there. Seeing lots of part-timers in the building today jumping right back into it. I think everyone is excited to have some well-selling films-LB


Special Events? 
We were able to make both ST&B infusions this afternoon, so should be set on back ups for a few more. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: I think purchasing another keg for Margaritas might make sense in terms of bar prep. Or I suppose we could batch the batch ahead of a near empty keg to have ready.-LB
Note for Gus/Jenn: Benedictine is the wrong size in Bevager, accounted for that in inventory we may want to just check format sizes for a few things.-LB

Prep List: Moved Smoke and Infinity into service ready containers.  Gab batched 2 FWWM, simple, arbol tequila and a Cobra Chai. I showed Tevon the Chai syrup shortcut procedure when I was making one tonight so he can focus on the prep shift list I made for him. I think the procedure of pre-packing bar ready containers is feeling pretty streamline.-LB
Jenn infused some STB stuff for me and we are all prepped for that.-LB

All expected deliveries arrived, and we were able to un-86 MHL. JH
Ordered small Baldor order for Saturday-LB US foods coming tomorrow.

Saturday 11.22.25 Wicked Day 3 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  Th1/2/3 were pretty much sold out for the day, with Wicked doing really well and Bugonia / Frankenstein taking up the smaller theaters.  Definitely a lot more kids coming through for Wicked this time, just as a heads up.  Sentimental Value is also selling out the smaller theaters, too.  Trees also had a group of runners (probably between 10-12 folks) hang out for drinks and brunch post-run.  A couple of more groups came through throughout the day and kept Trees happily busy during the early rounds. JH If we can change the temp on Trees lounge to 70 for this busy stretch, it gets really hot back there when they don't stop moving. -LB Wowie. everyone busting their butts today and I blame L. Frank Baum.  If we didn't switch to the plastic soda cups, we would have drowned today. Made it optimal. I think we need more empty grey racks, they were thin in circulation for the last round. Manager Communication:  Holiday level business keeps coming, we had a very busy day overall at the bar. Movies kept service bar going strong through 9 pm and then the bar stayed crowded with a group of people watching the Golden Globes. No issues with getting overly busy, however, as the push to service bar died right as the awards show started and a crowd grew at the bar. We were able to get all duties done tonight; batching, cleaning projects and strong service. The 4 pm rush was very heavy in particular, with Theatres 1, 4 and 6 very tightly seated but we never ran overlong on timing. Customer Comments:  We had a guest come to the bar around 4:30 to complain about some late food, which was dropped by a manager. Julie had a flag that she forget to ring until right before check drop and the guests complained about the wait, but were happy with our resolution of some passes and goodwill discounts on the check. Manager Communication: Opened with Gil. Definitely the second to last Sunday in August type ticket sales to start the day - change of pace from the big Spidyssey weekends. Lovely weather outside with a chance of showers briefly - will hopefully bring some people in from the park. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Nat opening Trees, Greg opening Lobby. - IP.  Pretty smooth sailing through the dinner round.  Everyone grabbed family meal and got breaks, and Danny stuck around for both bars to get a post-dinner restock in.  The last round was pretty mellow saleswise, so both bars had ample time to get started on a deep clean pre-close to end the weekend.  Jeshua got out of here shortly after I rerouted lobby, and both Duan + Tevon closed each bar without issue.
