Manager Communication: Had a good crowd come to Trees after Renaissance thank to Ariel keeping the Beyonce energy up. There's a strange odor coming from the Trees dishpit area. Not exactly sure what's causing the smell however we touched up the drains in the area at the end of the night. Menus were changed in lobby. Only two menus were there today. -DL BAR Staff Observations: Calm night overall. We were able to let both Ashley and Matthew go around 7:30. Ian and Tevon were more than able to handle the rushes from Renaissance and Titantic. Natasha crushed it in lobby alone without needing assistance. FOH Staff Observations: Vlad made sure to take care of trash before leaving at 10 tonight. Only a small bag of trash was thrown out at the end of the night. They threw it out gently to avoid complaints. -DL Prep List: Tevon did a large amount of batching to get ahead for tomorrow. Manager Communication: The ice machine in Trees was off when we came in today. It was full of ice when we came in and seems to be working fine. Gabrielle was great in the lobby and cleaned the Bubbler before she was cut. Matthew agreed to stay an extra hour to support for the event in Trees if needed. -DL Very smooth evening, 1/2 Trees buyout included. The pool was small and everyone stepped up. Jeshua held down Lobby while Matthew and Lydia absolutely crushed service. Matthew was excellent at directing afterparty guests.  Raising Cane in TH1 had a steady drink push. -AB Special Events? Going To Mars - The Nikki Giovanni Project. The 1/2 Trees buyout went smooth as butter. Matthew took the lead for the first hour which was a huge help. Lydia was more than capable of taking it from there. The afterparty dwindled quickly. Manager Communication: Ian was able to cut fruit and fully restock while taking care of guest. Jeshua was brought upstairs to help for Trivia alongside Ian and Tevon. Theaters were mellow for most of the afternoon. Bluets and Oils Blues is now special for tonight's Trivia. May need to switch the mystery cocktail after tonight. -DL  BAR Staff Observations: Jeshua was extremely helpful today by being willing to stay a bit longer and help out upstairs for the Trivia rush. Want to highlight how he's always open and willing to stay late and move to whatever area we need him in. -DL Good service tonight, with Trivia dominating bar's attention as theater sales were relatively mellow.  Jeshua and Ian handled service behind the bar, and Tevon came out of retirement to take tables on the floor.  Ian and Jeshua were both cut once we had reset the floor, and Tevon was in a good place to finish out service.  Darius held down lobby solo all night without issue, and helped Tevon pr...

Manager Communication: I noticed an issue with the Trees menu's. There is no "Jack Daniel's" listed and there are two "Casamigo's Reposado" at different prices. Obviously one is for Blanco but just letting you know. I also checked Theater menu's and those were all fine. -AB2 There was a solid little bar crowd for Volcano and Mandy. There were 2 separate instances tonight with guests. 1. Was with a lady in the Lobby that Nathaniel handled 2. Had an issue with someone in Th. 2 for the last round and required my help escorting him out and having a presence in lobby in case he came back. A lot happened here. Manager Communication: There was a good deal of walk-ins buying tickets in the lobby. Mainly older peeps seeing Priscilla, Napoleon, and The Holdovers. -AB2 Last round was relatively quiet, with Killers and The Holdovers selling out some smaller theaters during the dinner round. JH BAR Staff Observations: Jenna and Maya were great today. Really appreciated Jenna being super flexible today and coming in early for Natasha and Maya being willing to switch to Trees. There were no issues as far as service went for Bar staff. Pretty smooth day. -AB2 Jenna and Maya were able to get out of here shortly before seven, and Tevon was cut before ten.  Darius and Jeshua did a great job closing both bars without issue. JH Sick Leave/ Call outs: Natasha was not feeling well so I cut her from the day and had Jenna open Lobby and switched Maya to open Trees. -AB2 I do not know if Natasha will submit for sick pay, but I have added her to the Sick Calendar . Manager Communication: Very steady start to our Saturday. Miguel prepped for both bars. Maya and Lydia were a great brunch duo in Trees. Ian got in and batched his little heart out. We were able to make some cuts from there. AB   Matthew needed a MOD a bit more tonight with Dwight not being in. His number (and my numbers) no longer work in Filmbot to do E-Credits. Besides that he was able to hold down Lobby by himself after letting Lydia go. -DL FOH Staff Observations: Had to keep an extra eye on glassware during the evening rush. I know this is a constant topic but servers are still not clearing glassware or brining it to Trees until the end of the movie. With the breaks in between movies being so short we end up having to pull someone from doing another task just to clean glassware and hope they cool off before we use it for the next theater. Ian and Darius both expressed their frustration after back to back incidents of it happening after Th.1 and Th.2 -DL Touched base with the...

Manager Communication:  Another day with a lot of walk-in ticketing during the first two rounds, causing a lot of screenings to rise in sales during preshow.  Overall, we were well staffed across the building and service ran very smoothly this morning. JH Overall busy night in the theaters and in Trees. Jeshua was great with the bar guest while Ian handled service bar like the pro he is. Matthew was able to support where needed in the moment, in Trees and in Lobby bar. Gabrielle was great greeting and helping the large amount of walk-ins we had this evening.-DL BAR Staff Observations:  Ashley and Maya did a great job setting up each bar for the holiday crowd, giving a lot of theater directions to a lot of first time guests.  Matthew's mid in-time was perfect for today's showtimes, which was hugely helpful in keeping service at Trees for theaters and guests running smoothly.
