Saturday 11.25 Ashley/Dana



Manager Communication:
Very steady start to our Saturday. Miguel prepped for both bars. Maya and Lydia were a great brunch duo in Trees. Ian got in and batched his little heart out. We were able to make some cuts from there. AB
 
Matthew needed a MOD a bit more tonight with Dwight not being in. His number (and my numbers) no longer work in Filmbot to do E-Credits. Besides that he was able to hold down Lobby by himself after letting Lydia go. -DL

FOH Staff Observations:
Had to keep an extra eye on glassware during the evening rush. I know this is a constant topic but servers are still not clearing glassware or brining it to Trees until the end of the movie. With the breaks in between movies being so short we end up having to pull someone from doing another task just to clean glassware and hope they cool off before we use it for the next theater. Ian and Darius both expressed their frustration after back to back incidents of it happening after Th.1 and Th.2 -DL

Touched base with the closing porters due to them not picking up the garbage before 10:30. Seems like they were so busy with their kitchen duties that they put the garbage and mats on hold to later than usual. Darius and Matthew took the trash out themselves since we were ahead. -DL

Prep List: 
Will need apricot syrup at some point. I could not find any guava purée in the backup freezer, we should have enough Guava Island to get through tomorrow. AB 

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Baldor came in this morning. AB

Maintenance:
The lob for the Narragansett gave a lot of trouble today. We were able to reset it but had to waste a lot of beer to get it going. -DL 

Filmbot Issues:
My manager pin is no longer working at Filmbot for refunds. Matthew informed me he use to access too but it stopped working recently. -DL

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
