Manager Communication:
There was a good deal of walk-ins buying tickets in the lobby. Mainly older peeps seeing Priscilla, Napoleon, and The Holdovers. -AB2

Last round was relatively quiet, with Killers and The Holdovers selling out some smaller theaters during the dinner round. JH

BAR Staff Observations:
Jenna and Maya were great today. Really appreciated Jenna being super flexible today and coming in early for Natasha and Maya being willing to switch to Trees. There were no issues as far as service went for Bar staff. Pretty smooth day. -AB2

Jenna and Maya were able to get out of here shortly before seven, and Tevon was cut before ten.  Darius and Jeshua did a great job closing both bars without issue. JH

Sick Leave/ Call outs:
Natasha was not feeling well so I cut her from the day and had Jenna open Lobby and switched Maya to open Trees. -AB2

I do not know if Natasha will submit for sick pay, but I have added her to the Sick Calendar. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
There was a bottle of Singani 63 and Aperol behind the Lobby Bar. I brought them both to Trees because neither of them are on the Theater Menu. Something to consider if we would like to add Aperol to the Theater Menu or not. -AB2

86ed / counts on items: 
Had to 86 Narragansett from 10:30 until a little after eleven, as the bobbin in the upper cylinder continues to stick in place.  Unfortunately, there is no one true quick fix, but I have found disconnecting and reconnecting the line, after letting the cylinder drain, tends to help.  Something to talk to Draft Choice about before they clean our lines next month, to see if they can potentially bring a replacement or clean out the one we currently have. JH

Prep List: 
The backup guava puree was in the kitchen's deep freeze.  I brought all six up to the walk in to defrost overnight and get us through until menu change. JH

Lost & Found?:
This ladies daughter left her glasses in Th. 7 and we could not find them. She wrote her name and number down and I gave the slip to Paul. -AB2

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Baldor arriving tomorrow. JH

Maintenance:
Russell told me someone is supposed to come in today to fix the nozzle in the bar dish pit. I have not heard a thing but Jenn will be checking in with the kitchen later. -AB2

No one came today, but Russell said that Victor swears he will be in tomorrow morning to replace the hose at the sink by Trees glasswasher. JH

Somebody snapped one of the blue joysticks on the arcade game KungFu Kickball on Mezz.  I sent an email with a picture of the damage, if someone could please forward that on to the people whose game it is to see if they can repair it.  In the meantime, the broken joystick is in the bar storage closet on the shelf with the pool chalk. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
