Manager Communication:
I noticed an issue with the Trees menu's. There is no "Jack Daniel's" listed and there are two "Casamigo's Reposado" at different prices. Obviously one is for Blanco but just letting you know. I also checked Theater menu's and those were all fine. -AB2

There was a solid little bar crowd for Volcano and Mandy.
There were 2 separate instances tonight with guests.
1. Was with a lady in the Lobby that Nathaniel handled
2. Had an issue with someone in Th. 2 for the last round and required my help escorting him out and having a presence in lobby in case he came back. A lot happened here. For the full story please look into FOH blog. -AB2

Also was just wondering because we have not had Cinnamon Toast Crunch or Captain Crunch for a couple weeks now. Was just wondering who orders that or if I perhaps order it and how to go about that?---AB2

BAR Staff Observations:
Lydia and Jenna were great. Was able to get them out pretty early. Had a solid crowd for the Volcano and Mandy screening. I helped out Darius just a bit for the Trees rush but he handled everything great and Tevon was awesome downstairs by himself. -AB2

FOH Staff Observations:
Really respected Cate today. She had to deal with this guest in Th. 2 in the last round. I thought she handled everything very well and professionally considering the circumstances. -AB2

I had Tevon batch Lemonade and Negroni tonight -AB2

Lost & Found?:
Someone left a black turtle neck sweater on the stairs outside of Th. 2 -AB2

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:

Maintenance: 
It looks like there is a leak coming from the planter boxes at Trees.  The last two Mondays Darius has noticed a small puddle of water on the ground, right below where the boxes make a turn parallel to the projector screen.  Unsure if this is due to an issue with the planters, or if they are being overwatered.  I am also unsure if this should be put on the Maintenance Doc or referred to our plant guy. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
