Manager Communication :  Trivia was packed out tonight however the bartenders were never overwhelmed. Some guest were confused whether to order from the server or directly from the bar at first but it became clear after the first round. -DL  BAR Staff Observations: Jeshua swung upstairs and help Trees for a busy Trivia night. Making sure the outside was clear and the bar was restocked. -DL Prep List : Will need to batch more Bluets and Oils and Fistful of $ Pay Outs: 5200-Food-$15.98 5200-Food- $13.96 5200-Food-$13.74 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:  US Foods arriving tomorrow. JH Harney & Sons ordered.  Arriving either later this week, or the top of the next. Manager Communication:  Easygoing Monday, with the dinner round and MubiGo The Killer leading the day in ticket sales. JH BAR Staff Observations:  I say it all the time, but really great work tonight all around from bar team.  Once everyone had a chance to grab family, I had a preshift with Lydia, Maya, and Tevon, where we reviewed the rules and drinks of the evening.  They all asked great questions, worked really well together, and never needed clarification during service beyond that initial preshift meeting. Jenna came up to Trees and absolutely crushed service bar solo for the entire dinner round, which meant the other bartenders could focus solely on bar guests.  Darius held down lobby bar solo all night, and helped Trees closeout after he was done closing lobby bar.  Maya took lead on closing Trees, and Tevon ran the event product back to the walkin and restocked the backbar in order. Manager Communication: Second backup nitrogen tank did not come today. Nick followed up with NuCo. Should be here within the next few days. -ABen We ran out of pint glasses between both bars during a busy service, so I ended up having to break out a case. All of today's staff cocktail quizzes are in Nick's cubby.  AB Customer Comments: Someone had an accident (shit) in womens bathroom on the floor at bathroom in Trees & Vlad had to clean it up. Miguel has been so on top of keeping the bar/mezz area bussed and tidy during these busy services. Manager Communication: Nitrogen delivery came in before we opened. So everything is back on. They did only bring one tank, but promise they will be back tomorrow with a second tank. I will follow up tomorrow morning. -ND Trees bar spec quizzes have been printed and administered to all Saturday bartenders. I will give them to The Sunday and Monday bartenders as well. We can assess Tuesday morning who still needs to take it. -ND I want to be sure we are checking off the opening porters and overseeing the FOH porters on their daily deep cleans. Can we all put extra attention on addressing these with the porters on your opening shifts for the next week? It doesn't look like many of the opening jobs are getting done on schedule.  -ND Five Nights of Freddy has a lot of minors attempting to come for it with and without guardians during the late showings. Manager Communication:  Decently busy Friday evening throughout the building.  A lot of the larger service pushes were pretty staggered out, particularly on the second and third floor.  Even being down one bartender, we never really felt understaffed, as I was able to move bartenders down to lobby to help Tevon when needed.  Five Nights at Freddy's crowd is definitely out to have a good time, and orders throughout the movie. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Really great team tonight, particularly since I had a fair amount of admin work to get done in between service pushes.  Tevon really held down lobby on his own all night, and Dwight was, as always, incredibly helpful with ticketing and guiding guests.  Ashley, Ian, and Matthew crushed at Trees all night, and Ashley was able to get out of here once the Th2 FN@F got through its initial service push.  Ian and Matthew were ready for the late night bar crawl, and kept up with the crowd. Manager Communication:  Ashley, Natasha and Ian were great with the event in trees. No issues during open bar. Looks like they delivered a tank of Carbon Dioxide tank instead of Nitro. I called NuCo2 and spoke to Candace about a replacement. Manager Communication: Quiet evening overall. Matthew and Lydia were able to handle trees fine so  Gabrielle was able to be cut around 7. -DL BAR Staff Observations:  Great opens from Matthew and Gabrielle -EL Special Events?
