Manager Communication :  Steady day with very isolated periods of strong business. Dog Day Afternoon was a nice crowd that also gave the bar some business after the film, which also injected today's DJ Brunch with some nice energy. Good, steady patio and trees crowd during the day; nothing major but a nice clip of business. Theaters outside of Top Gun and the event were slow for opening rounds, so Jo was out in time and Dylan was off by 4 pm. No issues with speed of service. JM Pretty chill for a Saturday evening.  Top Gun, Bob's Burgers, and Everything Everywhere had consistently well-sold or sold-out screenings from the third round onwards.  Top Gun continues to bring very steady drink tickets to Trees service bar during screenings, and the last round Top Gun had a fair amount of guests grab a drink at Trees afterwards, but the crowd tapered off a little after midnight. Manager Communication: Good night tonight. Crimes of the Future didn't get very busy, so it was a little on the slow side, but Top gun brought out some drinkers. The bar was steady all night, everyone was great through service.  Customer Comments: I dealt with a customer in the last round with an apple pay issue. She did not have her card on her, so asked on the way in if she could pay with apple pay or with her credit card number. She was told to pay in the theater with her credit card number. Then in the theater she was told she would have to use apple pay at the bar. She came out to talk to me and let me know that she felt very anxious about how things were being handled, and could hear servers talking about her in the server station. She said she couldn't focus on the movie because now she felt like people thought she was trying to do something wrong, and so just wanted to settle up then. Manager Communication: Slow start to the day but the dinner round was decent and there was a nice crowd at Trees for Spoons before and after.  Customer Comments:  One regular who was here for Spoons left the theater and was drunk sick in the bathroom. A guest let me know and I called for other MODs and ran over. Dwight was there when I got there. The guest was kneeling over a toilet when I arrived, Gerard found the person he was with, who settled their tab and helped him up. This took a bit. When they got to the lobby they stopped at that bathroom and spent some more time there before getting into a cab. I gave them a couple of rolled up garbage bags for any accidents. They usually come to Trivia, spoons and movies here, the sober guest mentioned that he hadn't eaten anything.   Sarah & I helped a guest pay with apple pay after lobby bar was closed.  BAR Staff Observations:  Jenna and Chelsea had great opens. Manager Communication: Pretty good day today, with dinner and even some late round sales that really grew. Kept things steady but never overwhelming for the team. Good Trees crowd before RRR, which sold very well and had a good amount of drinks wrung in throughout the run time.  BAR Staff Observations: Nice open by Jo today, lots of help from Ashley with stocking behind the bars and also a big thank you to Chelsea for covering the shift today.  Prep List: Made hazelnut syrup, Strawberry Mansion, Simple Syrup, Firewalk, Arbol Tequila, Danger Zone, Bar No Doors, Lemonade, Strawberry Lemonade and Paradiso today when ingredients came in after a long holiday weekend. Batching levels are good, might be nice to get one more of each done tomorrow as well as some backup Hibiscus Syrup and Strawberry Gin tomorrow before the weekend. Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor, Empire, Union, Southern, Geyser, Other Half and Skurnik today. All orders for the week are in and accounted for. 

Manager Communication: Busy Memorial Day all around, with higher ticket sales than Sunday. Surprising given the weather, but we had steady drink rushes throughout from open to close. Major credit to the bar team who, with help from the Bar MODs when very busy, mostly ran with 1 up and 1 down all day with minimal issues with speed of service. Drink rushes went out timely and without delay and the patio and Trees bar area kept good crowds throughout the day as well.  Great work from everyone today.  BAR Staff Observations: Eliel and Jenna did great working through service and then stocking during the overlap with Gabrielle and Ashley. Our PM team was really stellar today too, handling nice crowds to the bar and calling for support where sporadically needed.  FOH Staff Observations: A big help today was also the efficiency of drink running. Manager Communication: Not too busy tonight, which was OK because we only had 3 bartenders in the building between both bars.  Customer Comments: Had a couple bring in their 12 year old daughter with some friends to see the 7:30 Bob's Burgers while they watched Top Gun. It was 5 12 year olds without adults in the theater. I let them stay, as the lady seemed pretty flustered and there were no seats to buy in Bob's Burgers anyway, but I let them know if there were any disruptions from the girls that they would be asked to leave, and also that there in the future anyone one under 13 would need parental supervision before 7 pm, and would not be admitted at all after 7pm.  BAR Staff Observations: Good crew tonight, again we were short one bartender, so Tevon was solo all night in the lobby. He had his hands full, but we got through it OK.  FOH Staff Observations: Drink running in general has been much better lately.  That being said there were a couple issues tonight ...

Manager Communication: Lighter day today business wise, with opening rounds about 2/3 what they were yesterday and less Trees business due to less events. Easy drink rushes. We did pick up nicely for the two middle rounds, and Eliel got a nice pop on the patio so I hopped back to support but otherwise easy and well handled. Ryan did a great job upstairs. JM FOH Staff Observations: Lots of new trainees roaming around, great to see the training servers (specifically James Denzer) giving them a very in depth run down of drink service and the service bar.
