Manager Communication: Slow start to the day but the dinner round was decent and there was a nice crowd at Trees for Spoons before and after. 

Customer Comments:  One regular who was here for Spoons left the theater and was drunk sick in the bathroom. A guest let me know and I called for other MODs and ran over. Dwight was there when I got there. The guest was kneeling over a toilet when I arrived, Gerard found the person he was with, who settled their tab and helped him up. This took a bit. When they got to the lobby they stopped at that bathroom and spent some more time there before getting into a cab. I gave them a couple of rolled up garbage bags for any accidents. They usually come to Trivia, spoons and movies here, the sober guest mentioned that he hadn't eaten anything.  

Sarah & I helped a guest pay with apple pay after lobby bar was closed. 

BAR Staff Observations:  Jenna and Chelsea had great opens. Chelsea juiced for Trees and Jenna prepped roll ups for both bars. Tevon and Gabrielle closed Trees and Lobby. Jenna left after family meal and stocking, Chelsea left after family meal, batching and stocking. 

Special Events? Trees was decent tonight with a nice Trees crowd.

Prep List: Chelsea batched 4x Firewalk, Cinema Paradiso. I made pineapple ginger syrup, simple syrup, arbol tequila and started strawberry gin which needs strained tomorrow. 

Over/Short on Banks: Trees was over $20, Tevon said there was no reason he could think of.

Saturday 11.22.25 Wicked Day 3 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  Th1/2/3 were pretty much sold out for the day, with Wicked doing really well and Bugonia / Frankenstein taking up the smaller theaters.  Definitely a lot more kids coming through for Wicked this time, just as a heads up.  Sentimental Value is also selling out the smaller theaters, too.  Trees also had a group of runners (probably between 10-12 folks) hang out for drinks and brunch post-run.  A couple of more groups came through throughout the day and kept Trees happily busy during the early rounds. JH If we can change the temp on Trees lounge to 70 for this busy stretch, it gets really hot back there when they don't stop moving. -LB Wowie. everyone busting their butts today and I blame L. Manager Communication:  Holiday level business keeps coming, we had a very busy day overall at the bar. Movies kept service bar going strong through 9 pm and then the bar stayed crowded with a group of people watching the Golden Globes. No issues with getting overly busy, however, as the push to service bar died right as the awards show started and a crowd grew at the bar. We were able to get all duties done tonight; batching, cleaning projects and strong service. The 4 pm rush was very heavy in particular, with Theatres 1, 4 and 6 very tightly seated but we never ran overlong on timing. Customer Comments:  We had a guest come to the bar around 4:30 to complain about some late food, which was dropped by a manager. Julie had a flag that she forget to ring until right before check drop and the guests complained about the wait, but were happy with our resolution of some passes and goodwill discounts on the check. Manager Communication: Opened with Gil. Definitely the second to last Sunday in August type ticket sales to start the day - change of pace from the big Spidyssey weekends. Lovely weather outside with a chance of showers briefly - will hopefully bring some people in from the park. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Nat opening Trees, Greg opening Lobby. - IP.  Pretty smooth sailing through the dinner round.  Everyone grabbed family meal and got breaks, and Danny stuck around for both bars to get a post-dinner restock in.  The last round was pretty mellow saleswise, so both bars had ample time to get started on a deep clean pre-close to end the weekend.  Jeshua got out of here shortly after I rerouted lobby, and both Duan + Tevon closed each bar without issue.
