Manager Communication:  
Put away frozen machine parts. Dumped old product from menu that was turned. Rang it in as spillage.-LB

BAR Staff Observations:
Easygoing night.  Gabrielle got us a head start on some prep items and Greg stuck around until just as the second round was winding down and Trees had gotten over the last crew of post-screening bar guests.  Both Jeshua and Matthew closed each bar without issue. JH

Special Events? 
Neither of the special screening guests hung around Trees too long afterwards, but they definitely brought a decent early third round pop to the bar.  Most were one and done, and they were overall very mellow crowds. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
Porters did not take out any of the trash outside of the liquor room or office.  I will take it out when I am leaving tonight. JH

stouts back in stock.-LB

Prep List: 
new banana daiquiri, needs simple. 6 lemonades, pineapple express.-LB.

I made a big Simple Syrup and moved the pfruit puree from the deep freeze to thaw in the walk in. JH

Over/Short on Banks: 
I accidentally added $300 to the Trees bank when I opened it, since the prompt confused me, since the add 300 then don't verbals got my head spinning, then I removed it immediately, so it is all set. Sorry. Just a lot of changes. Lobby bar was still clocked in this morning. I clocked it out so Gab could start the day, but we really need to find a way to make it so the lobby can actually clock out on the POS station.-LB

Same issue with the Trees bank/drop as last night.  The cash drawer reflects cash sales differently than what is reflected on the shift review.  Maybe it is handheld cash transactions?  But they are all under the same number (2222) and should be attached to the same drawer. JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Union beer coming tomorrow, the walk-in will be packed, no deliveries Monday.-LB

Manhattan came, wilson daniels wine, stouts from Sarene-LB

US foods coming tomorrow, sodas-lime juice, Baldor tomorrow. -LB

Maintenance: 
K5 came through and fixed our grinder, the burrs were jammed with some finer grounds stuck in there that clumped together and stopped the burrs from spinning.  The burrs needed to be recalibrated.  The technician recommended running the grinder before adding the beans to help avoid this build up and I will forward the note to the bar team.-LB

Toast Issues: 
'heard over walkie a request to kitchen for a burger to be cut in half', could use a button for this as it is a request for kids a lot and Alex Maizus.-LB

When Jeshua tried to clock out of Lobby (1111), an error message showed up that said "This Time Entry overlaps with another time entry." and would not allow him to clock Lobby out.  I clocked out Lobby on the Toast website. JH

Manager Communication: Solid Open Lots of forward motion toward menu change and such. Looking good.  If it is at ALL possible to have it say THEATER 1 and THEATER 2 at the top of the ticket the way it does on the kitchen tickets that would be extremely helpful. This is a service issue at TREES for sure during busy times. It will lead to mistakes.  There are also lots of handhelds still printing multiples ie. 2 lemonades vs lemonade lemonade. It seems across the building and across menu. So I think a fine eye to just make sure that is all worked out or things may get missed. The non-consistent nature of it, will in fact lead to mistakes.  The handhelds at Trees are also difficult to use without any color differentiation in the BAR COCKTAILS CATEGORY. If you could take the notes from the people doing the serving it would be super helpful for us. We are a little older and we are using tiny little machines that slow us down. Saturday 11.22.25 Wicked Day 3 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  Th1/2/3 were pretty much sold out for the day, with Wicked doing really well and Bugonia / Frankenstein taking up the smaller theaters.  Definitely a lot more kids coming through for Wicked this time, just as a heads up.  Sentimental Value is also selling out the smaller theaters, too.  Trees also had a group of runners (probably between 10-12 folks) hang out for drinks and brunch post-run.  A couple of more groups came through throughout the day and kept Trees happily busy during the early rounds. JH If we can change the temp on Trees lounge to 70 for this busy stretch, it gets really hot back there when they don't stop moving. -LB Wowie. everyone busting their butts today and I blame L. Frank Baum.  If we didn't switch to the plastic soda cups, we would have drowned today. Made it optimal. I think we need more empty grey racks, they were thin in circulation for the last round. Manager Communication: trees quiet first two rounds Sam clocked out at 6:30pm. Toast was down when they tried to clock out. -LB Saturday nights are challenging. There is always something that derails normal service, or major call outs. It would be helpful going into cold and flu season to maybe have another manager on staff.  Working these shifts is already really hard and exhausting.  Being down people and overworking will lead to more people calling out. -LB When I did the payout for the kitchen, there were 3 Lobby bar drawers listed. I think that some of the money confusion at night's end may be coming from the cash drawers of lobby and Tree's being linked. That is my guess. If they are operating in tandem. Also, how do people keep opening multiple drawers, this seems to be an issue.-LB I posted cocktail info graphics from our power point in 4/6, 3 and 1.
