Easygoing evening, with Kevin Geeks Out being the biggest service pop of the night.  Looks like a good night to rest up, as You Can See Everything is has already sold out three big theater screenings tomorrow. JH

Gus put in some major work on Newfest items before I even got in at 11. - ip

Very mellow evening.  Greg got out of here once Natasha got in, and Matthew stuck around to help with the Kevin Geeks Out crowd that fills up Trees before and after the show.  Got pretty sleepy around10:30~, and both Jeshua + Natasha closed each bar without issue. JH

Evan is cool and was in a good mood.

I made 6x Lemonade + Simple Syrup.  I left a batch list for Matthew on the whiteboard. JH

I knocked over a case of Old Bardstown when counting booze island this evening.  It was after banks had closed, so I did not get a chance to ring in the loss.  Four bottles were lost. JH

Over/Short on Banks: 
Trees bank was over, even after we looked at the Shift Review.  Jared said money was correct overall, even though several sections were not matching. JH

I added a case of grapefruits to the Baldor delivery arriving tomorrow.  Our remaining GF Oleo will be used during tomorrow's prep shift. JH

Manager Communication: Solid Open Lots of forward motion toward menu change and such. Looking good.  If it is at ALL possible to have it say THEATER 1 and THEATER 2 at the top of the ticket the way it does on the kitchen tickets that would be extremely helpful. This is a service issue at TREES for sure during busy times. It will lead to mistakes.  There are also lots of handhelds still printing multiples ie. 2 lemonades vs lemonade lemonade. It seems across the building and across menu. So I think a fine eye to just make sure that is all worked out or things may get missed. The non-consistent nature of it, will in fact lead to mistakes.  The handhelds at Trees are also difficult to use without any color differentiation in the BAR COCKTAILS CATEGORY. If you could take the notes from the people doing the serving it would be super helpful for us. We are a little older and we are using tiny little machines that slow us down. Manager Communication:  Trivia put in some great work unloading old menu product thanks to Ian's renaming 50 Year Storm-Bodhi's Revenge and Oren-Codename Cottonmouth. -LB A GOOD IDEA WAS HAD> For the AMITY LIGHT LAGER, WE WILL TURN THE COLLARS UPSIDE DOWN AND WRITE WITH A SHARPIE "AMITY" This will distinguish the kegs apart. The collar is the little paper wrapper that goes around the keg opening. Lots of dumb vocab in our line of work. Beats tape and is very clear. -LB BAR Staff Observations:  Matthew Soler back from Europe, talked over the new menu change and Toast. He is a go-getter as always ahead of the game with good questions. -LB   Danny floated up to Trees to help with restocks and the dinner round, and was able to get out of here once the runners had gotten through their first wave of arrivals.  Matthew hung around until Attack the Block was settled, and both Gabrielle + Jeshua closed each bar without issue. Saturday 11.22.25 Wicked Day 3 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  Th1/2/3 were pretty much sold out for the day, with Wicked doing really well and Bugonia / Frankenstein taking up the smaller theaters.  Definitely a lot more kids coming through for Wicked this time, just as a heads up.  Sentimental Value is also selling out the smaller theaters, too.  Trees also had a group of runners (probably between 10-12 folks) hang out for drinks and brunch post-run.  A couple of more groups came through throughout the day and kept Trees happily busy during the early rounds. JH If we can change the temp on Trees lounge to 70 for this busy stretch, it gets really hot back there when they don't stop moving. -LB Wowie. everyone busting their butts today and I blame L. Frank Baum.  If we didn't switch to the plastic soda cups, we would have drowned today. Made it optimal. I think we need more empty grey racks, they were thin in circulation for the last round.
