Manager Communication:
Busy night in the theaters. Bringing Out the Dead brought out the crowd. We were very thinly staffed and had little support throughout the building but everyone really made it work and the night was very smooth. - IP

Customer Comments:
Conner called from Theater 2, Alterell Mills who had a ticket for the 7:45 You Can See Everything for 2201 or so he thought issued by James last week, was actually purchased and he did not have a ticket, so I don't know what happened there with the ticket swap. I saw James' correspondence, I felt bad. I gave them passes since there were no seats not in the front row and these guys were not into it. I also bought them a round at lobby bar.-LB

BAR Staff Observations:

Darius rules. He is a machine with a great attitude.
Also it is a great joy and honor for us to welcome and borrow Michael Melandro for these trivia nights.  He is very astute, asks questions and is just really locked in.  It is extremely helpful for the team during these back to back issues of personnel needs.-LB

Michael crushed Trivia as expected - the crowd was lighter than usual, I suspect because the Blank Check Pod Hosted screening of Bringing Out the Dead cannibalized a lot of the crowd that attends Trivia - that in combination with it being the second Tuesday in a row might've lessened the crowd. Darius, Lydia and Jeshua were great. Greg had a nice chill evening in the lobby. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
I know that the idea of pacing out drink tickets has been a consistent issue for the servers, but I am happy to report that even when the servers have to dump a massive amount of drink tickets on the service bartender, everyone seems to be getting significantly more comfortable with slowing down our pace and getting in sync with the servers. Tonight we had sold out back to back 1-2-1 and the service was very smooth, even with Trivia going on, and us being very short staffed on the floor - big shout out to Caleb who was a drink running machine. - IP

Special Events?
Bringing Out the Dead w/ Blank Check Pod and Trivia. These two events' have a venn diagram of audience base that is a circle - thus, the Trivia crowd was thinned out considerably. Given how short staffed the building was today, this was a blessing rather than a curse, and everything went swimmingly. - IP

86ed / counts on items:
Grapefruit soda had the same flat situation as yesterday. Gus is going to call Draft Choice, he is off tomorrow, will prioritize Thursday. It is back on now, I will try to do more to figure it out tomorrow.-LB

Prep List:
acid blend, GF keg, 3 FWWM.-LB

I'm gonna make sure we're all set for Spoons tomorrow after machine maintenance, and then get to the list on the whiteboard. - IP

Check Walk-in?:
The full GF keg was hooked up and not the half keg because the half keg was not chill. It was bubbling out of the out apparatus. I will investigate this, this keg was concerning the other day. I will try to troubleshoot options to pull a keg to use as a chargeable keg. -LB

Over/Short on Banks:
Trees Lounge key not in bank bag, it was by the bar.-LB

Banks were closed with no issue tonight and bar keys are in both bags. - IP

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
US foods, glasses

Maintenance:
I verbally told Juan he needed to fix or replace the kickstand to the MOD office since it was causing the door to close and stay unlocked but he told me he was too busy while also saying that wouldn't take long. It is now on the maintenance doc, but it is pretty annoying and also a huge issue if someone doesn't notice it happens-LB
