Manager Communication: 
Lauren facilitated an excellent batching shift for Gab at the end of her shift. Wyatt and Christine took care of business. Trees cleared out by 11 and then it was smooth sailing to the finish line. - IP  

BAR Staff Observations: 
Lydia and Gab opening was pristine. Gab knows the whole gift card situation. She has readers so I may get us a good magnifying thing to have at lobby bar since those numbers are small. I will go over it with Lydia tomorrow. 
Lydia took initiative when it was dead at Trees and got stuff to make roll-ups.-LB

Gold stars for Lydia across the board today. The Darkroom Shorts crowd piled it on in Trees lounge around 9p and Lydia and Patrick crushed the bar crowd without missing a beat at the service pass. Greg maintained a relatively calm lobby bar, aside from some confused guests here for the Darkroom Shorts (everything got figured out and much merriment was had by all). - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
Lulu seems to be really on top of her game. Charlie is picking things up quickly. The first floor did a great job tonight. - IP

Special Events?
Darkroom Shorts. Very well attended this evening. Pretty much the whole crowd came and hung out at Trees. It was great! - IP

86ed / counts on items:
We had to temporarily 86 the GF Soda and its compatriots this evening as the keg that was hooked up went totally flat somehow. That keg has been recharged and will be good to go for tomorrow (assuming the carbonation doesn't disappear again) but we'll need to make another backup keg pronto, as we just fly through this stuff. - IP

Prep List: 
Iced Tea concentrate, simple syrup, acid-adjusted pineapple, pineapple express, Just One drop, Old-Fashioned keg, Marg keg, to be continued...

Jimmy the Gent and 6x Lemonades. - IP

Check Walk-in?:
Walk-in is good. Jimmy the gent backup is charged and the freshly charged GF soda is hooked back up. I strained the Oleo so we should make a backup GF Soda keg first thing tomorrow. - IP

Over/Short on Banks:
Trees bank was $100 short due to the "plumber" payout. - IP

Pay Outs: 
$150 employee loan lobby $150 employee loan Trees - LB

There was also a $100 payout for "plumber" that was taken from the trees drawer - leaving the drawer $100 short after the drop. The two separate $150 payouts referenced above were not taken from either drawer, but from the cash box. Wyatt is aware of how the money was allocated. Going forward, when we have payout amounts that are going to exceed our cash sales and eat into the next day's bank - we either need a different way to replenish or a different way to take care of these payouts. - IP

Maintenance: 
If the dustpans for the DW2 could be mounted. There consistently is a broom in the mop sink. -LB

Toast Issues:
There are a few random back bar bottles that are missing buttons, but nothing major. -IP

Manager Communication: Solid Open Lots of forward motion toward menu change and such. Looking good.  If it is at ALL possible to have it say THEATER 1 and THEATER 2 at the top of the ticket the way it does on the kitchen tickets that would be extremely helpful. This is a service issue at TREES for sure during busy times. It will lead to mistakes.  There are also lots of handhelds still printing multiples ie. 2 lemonades vs lemonade lemonade. It seems across the building and across menu. So I think a fine eye to just make sure that is all worked out or things may get missed. The non-consistent nature of it, will in fact lead to mistakes.  The handhelds at Trees are also difficult to use without any color differentiation in the BAR COCKTAILS CATEGORY. If you could take the notes from the people doing the serving it would be super helpful for us. We are a little older and we are using tiny little machines that slow us down. Manager Communication: Saturday mornings. Classic. Rebecca & I rocked it out -G It got really cold tonight in the mid-40s. I turned on the entry way heaters because Christine asked me to since Jeshua was cold. The exit doors were fine, did not smell, but the entryway doors were very rank so I turned them off. Probably a vacuum would be enough. But smelled like a hairdryer full of dead pine needles. I broke out the space heaters for lobby bar.-LB The spotify iPad at Trees is not connected to the internet now, if that could be addressed. Only downloaded playlists are working-LB Customer Comments: Had a bday party for a 1 year old. Matthew handled like a champ. There were a lot of them. Filled the place up early- was great. Manager Communication: Battening down the hatches for the Nathan Fielder Doc. Not ideal to be down a bartender, but if you're going to have three bodies at Trees, the ones you want are Tevon, Matthew and Natasha. Weather is also gross today, so we can expect the smaller theaters to grow. Gonna be a busy one. - IP Holy cow the drink rushes for back to back sold out 1/2 showings really just go on and on and on... The 1/2 rush for the dinner round lasted 90+ minutes - non-stop tickets the whole time. Bar team was INCREDIBLE. Ariel jumped right into service and helped knockout the last half hour or so of the rush - absolutely clutch. - IP We was nice and poppin' homies. The You Can See Everything doc has people drinking nonstop... which is fresh. We were busy but I was still able to cut Matthew and Tevon before 10:00 PM (Keepin' em under 9 hours) and I rocked out some of the late rush in Tree's. - AB2 I am a fan of the metal bars in Tree's for servers to write table nu...
