Manager Communication:
Both the first floor and Th1/2 were basically sold out, or close to it, throughout the first three rounds.  OG Godzilla was the only well-sold screening in Th4/6, so it was much more mellow on that side of the service pass.  Also, the staggered showtimes for Th1/2 made restocking and breaking a breeze.  Trees was pretty empty until a little after 4:00pm, but began to get some folks coming through. JH

Customer Comments: Got some customer Comments on the GF soda being different, it is the same, but better. Seems bubblier Gus.-LB

BAR Staff Observations:
Greg + Sam did a great job opening, and Greg cruised through the first seatings while Sam sliced up all the citrus garnish you could ever want.  Tevon got in just as the first big theater sold out YCSE, and he and Greg sailed through service.  Greg got out of here after doing a small restock once Lydia clocked in, and Sam is going to stick around in lobby to help Darius through the sold out third round seatings. JH

Just wanted to shout out Sam for giving very kind and considerate customer service while in lobby, and Lydia who immediately crushed a sold out Th1 service push the moment after she clocked in. JH
Everyone is definitely in the zone even at the end of a trying and long New York holiday weekend.  Lots of hustle seen and love to see it on a Sunday night.-LB

FOH Staff Observations:
Positive vibes throughout the building, really great attitudes and work across the building. JH
Everyone is really getting the hang of things and powering through the rough patches. I do feel like we still get a decent amount of walkie calls for help with closing tabs for a number of reasons. Customers are largely patient-LB
I didn't get to note the walk-in and liquor room cleaning I had Vlad do on Wednesday.  I had tried to have him come back through the liquor room today because it is sticky and there are things he missed on Wednesday however, he misunderstood me despite being asked multiple times to focus. He mopped the walk-in. Which is never a sad thing to get another mopping. I will get Markenson in there tomorrow.-LB

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
We have a Virgin Bloody Mary button, it is on the last page of NA Bevs on handhelds. JH

Prep List:
GF Soda keg is charged and ready to go.  Silly Rabbit has been clarified, which means we just need to batch Espresso Martini and Cuckoo Bananas before ST&B. JH

Both bars were on their last whispers of Bourne by the start of the third round, so I made a double batch and then distributed it between both bars (with another 3qts in the walk-in).  JH
The Grapefruit soda and its underlings popularity are stellar. We popped into the new keg around 6:15pm.-LB
Simple syrup. Arbol tequila, How to train your dragon. 6 quart Oleo since the Grapefruit soda has fully arrived. Can be strained after 11pm tomorrow.  -LB

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Homecoming dropped off some bags of coffee beans and cold brew kegs around 3:30pm. JH

Baldor delivery did not arrive.  It appears that the street closures prevented delivery.  There was no disruption to service. JH
Baldor arrived. I have more coming tomorrow.-LB

Maintenance:
Lobby bar ice well looking fresh-LB
I grabbed some metal washers from Juan's closet and put them on the holder for the ice scoop on the Trees service well. The screws on this keep getting loose and the holder keeps coming off with the scoop. Hopefully this will be enough to make it hold. The right screw was rusted and may need to be replaced if it does not stay in place.-LB

Toast Issues:  When closing out Trees Lounge Jeshua's ticket for his food disappeared. James nor I comped it and it just was gone. So very strange. Wanted to flag it here as this is an abnormal occurrence that we might need to be aware of. He got dates with no honey and NH queso. The food arrived to Trees for him, so the kitchen got it.
Lastly, I did the close out by going through the shift report first, then closing the cash drawer report. Then clocking out. I can't tell if the hand held took cash payments today or not, it did not prompt for a surrender of cash funds, like it usually does, but again I was doing this in a new order on purpose. James is going to report back on how it goes at the end, if it feels like this is easier for their overall cash reconciliation.-LB
