I put in a service ticket with Coke and put my contact, explained what we need done for the ice well in the lobby.-LB
Check Walk-in?:
Machines cleaned, GF Soda keg made and charged, deliveries put away, kegs and walk-in organized, batches for T4T made. I also cleaned and organized the prep area as it was looking a little scuzzy. Busy and productive day. - IP
HVAC guy came because of an alarm that was going off on first floor mezz, it is above Trees behind the bar so he has disengaged that section, it is totally fine, and he will come in when we are not open. Matthew knows.-LB
Busy busy Trees this evening, and plenty of sold out rushes (especially on the first floor) throughout the night. Everyone was able to keep ahead of the rush, and we never had to pause or adjust service throughout the night. JH

Had some wandering guests during the 10:30pm Other Mommy. Nothing too disruptive, just a lot of moving around and ticket confusion. They ended up leaving before the movie ended, but left no open checks. JH
BAR Staff Observations:
BAR Staff Observations:
Matthew is a bartending machine.-LB
Really great work at both bars tonight. Sam was able to get out of here shortly after the runners arrived, and Matthew stuck around until just before the Q&A let out. Danny handled Trees solo for the rest of the night without issue, and Jeshua, as ever, was a one-man lobby machine. Because Th3/5 were both sold out for the final round, I ended up not routing Jeshua, since the last movie was so late anyways. JH
FOH Staff Observations:
FOH Staff Observations:
Conner was a drink running machine for Theater 1 during the 3:30pm rush, while the rest of them struggled with pacing. I saw food coming in and asked why they had food coming in when they still had trays of drinks not distributed and they looked at me like I was speaking Greek. I think the need to feel comfort on a screen is now possibly the enemy. I don't know.-LB

Maintenance:
Jenn may have solved the dishpit situation. There was sani on the detergent line. they are both red. -LB
Had an issue when connecting the new GF Soda keg during service. Kind of felt like the out line was a bit wobbly. Cleaned it with a warm rag and it was fine once reconnected. JH
Toast Issues:
One of the handhelds and the pos attached to the drawer at Trees kind of glitched out during service.
The issue was the same: when trying to log in to start a tab, once you input 2222 it would prompt you to clock in, even though we were in the middle of service and had already used the handheld/pos multiple times during service at this point.
It was kind of like a loop, where it just repeated itself. If you closed out and tried again, it would bring you back to the clock in screen. If you tried to clock in it would just automatically log you out.
In both situations, after a frustrating several minutes Toast began acting normally again, without prompting clock ins. Both occurrences happened about an hour or so apart, and we were not able to pinpoint a trigger. JH
