Manager Communication:
Sleepy open with Matthew and Danny so I was able to get to my to-do list after cleaning the machines. Made more Spinzall'd ginger syrup and the "Funny Tea" syrup for the Newfest special. Also made a batch of Pineapple Express and more Acid Adjusted Pineapple. 

Matthew helped me knock out some quick batching after he ate family meal.-LB

I made a half-batch recipe of Suck it Nature that is now in the binder if we need to make more-LB

The sinks in Trees Ladies room needs a shine-up, looks like maybe someone puked in one of them and it didn't get cleaned well. It was too late to text Vlad this when I discovered this. So if someone can communicate this to him. I will try to get this on his radar going forward.-LB

TOAST Issues: was informed a side of milk button would be clutch.-LB

There was some confusion with gift card issues at the beginning of the evening. I was uncertain if we were using Toast gift cards that are compatible with Toast for our events as that is what I had been told we were switching to, so I was trying to guide Sam mid momentum during this transaction.  You can't go back once you are at the NH gift card screen on Toast just like any payment method. So I think that there will be money short from that account compared to what was taken from filmbot.  This issue is complicated by the fact that we can't do these transactions behind the bar.  The iPad behind the bar was not working on the internet today.  We really need to be able to have the bartenders do these transactions if we are giving gift cards consistently.  At the time of this issue I was doing like 5 things. 

I did not have the time to grab her gift card and run it, so I gave her the cider, I did not realize this had closed to the gift card account until hours later when I dealt with another difficult gift card transaction from one of the guests.  His total was 20.69 to which I replied, you could leave a tip, which would have been perfect to get to $25.  He said, no let me get a drink, he got a Sprite, then the check was over 25, and I did not understand how to tender only 25 to the gift card and leave the rest there for payment. Becca is a resource of infinite genius when it comes to explaining some of these notes.  She walked me through adding the tip on the next one I processed so it made sense to my brain.  For the one got over charged by 1.13 (check #545) I added this as an open food item which printed everywhere, but we did in fact receive money from this person for that and also so he could tip the team appropriately which he did. -LB

Filmbot Issues: The iPad at Trees seems to be not hooked up to the internet now, being able to use this for the gift cards at Trees is majorly needed.-LB
