Manager Communication:
Good vibes all around, meeting was on point, looking forward to events and such. Things are tight.-GS
Feels like the toast scaries are settling down a little bit. Finally.-LB
Trees was slammed all night, but like so many Tuesdays before, Becca and Christine kept the theater business humming along and allowed the bar team and runners to really focus in on Trivia service.

BAR Staff Observations:
Everyone is so great together. Giving each other breaks, making sure people are good. I really appreciate our team. And how they welcomed Michael to do table service tonight. -LB

Michael absolutely crushed Trivia tonight. It was very busy but he made the transition to table service seamless. He is always welcome in the bar team whether that is as our Triva floor general or, as he expressed, as a bartender if ever the opportunity arises. Knibbs, Darius and Tevon kicked ass behind the bar. The sold out Color of Money screening had a massive drink rush right in the heart of Trivia and they didn't miss a beat. Greg had lobby fully under control for an easy evening. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
George stopped by to fill out the binder for his trainee, I hit him with a token-LB

The runners were much more focused tonight. Way fewer mistakes - in part due to the presence of George, a lead runner - thanks for making that adjustment, Jeremy! - IP

Hiring/Training:
Tyrell seemed to be doing a solid job tonight - Trivia is a good thing for a trainee to see. - IP

Sick Leave/ Call outs:
Lydia. Greg doing long lobby. Michael Melandro doing table service for bar team-Fired up.-GS

Michael is an absolute natural. Made it look so easy. - IP

Special Events?
Blank check x Trivia 5 year anniversary-LB

Both very very busy, but the staff was up to the challenge from top to bottom. -IP

86ed / counts on items:
Aval never came through and Draft choice neither so still without cider.-LB

Prep List:
Definitely going to replenish the walk-in tomorrow when I'm finished machine maintenance. - IP

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Empire.
Baldor coming tomorrow.-LB

Maintenance:
Draft Choice didn't show, I have thoughts.-GS

Friday 9/25/26 Gus/Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication: Solid Open Lots of forward motion toward menu change and such. Looking good.  If it is at ALL possible to have it say THEATER 1 and THEATER 2 at the top of the ticket the way it does on the kitchen tickets that would be extremely helpful. This is a service issue at TREES for sure during busy times. It will lead to mistakes.  There are also lots of handhelds still printing multiples ie. 2 lemonades vs lemonade lemonade. It seems across the building and across menu. So I think a fine eye to just make sure that is all worked out or things may get missed. The non-consistent nature of it, will in fact lead to mistakes.  The handhelds at Trees are also difficult to use without any color differentiation in the BAR COCKTAILS CATEGORY. If you could take the notes from the people doing the serving it would be super helpful for us. We are a little older and we are using tiny little machines that slow us down. If we could sit down and make some choices Gil to j...

Saturday 11.22.25 Wicked Day 3 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  Th1/2/3 were pretty much sold out for the day, with Wicked doing really well and Bugonia / Frankenstein taking up the smaller theaters.  Definitely a lot more kids coming through for Wicked this time, just as a heads up.  Sentimental Value is also selling out the smaller theaters, too.  Trees also had a group of runners (probably between 10-12 folks) hang out for drinks and brunch post-run.  A couple of more groups came through throughout the day and kept Trees happily busy during the early rounds. JH If we can change the temp on Trees lounge to 70 for this busy stretch, it gets really hot back there when they don't stop moving. -LB Wowie. everyone busting their butts today and I blame L. Frank Baum.  If we didn't switch to the plastic soda cups, we would have drowned today. Made it optimal. I think we need more empty grey racks, they were thin in circulation for the last round. I don't know which ones to get. If someone can weig...

Sunday 08.23.2026 Ian/Jenn

Manager Communication: Opened with Gil. Definitely the second to last Sunday in August type ticket sales to start the day - change of pace from the big Spidyssey weekends. Lovely weather outside with a chance of showers briefly - will hopefully bring some people in from the park. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Nat opening Trees, Greg opening Lobby. - IP.  Pretty smooth sailing through the dinner round.  Everyone grabbed family meal and got breaks, and Danny stuck around for both bars to get a post-dinner restock in.  The last round was pretty mellow saleswise, so both bars had ample time to get started on a deep clean pre-close to end the weekend.  Jeshua got out of here shortly after I rerouted lobby, and both Duan + Tevon closed each bar without issue. JH Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Combating fruit flies - Natasha mentioned seeing a concerning amount upon opening this morning. Let's communicate to bar staff that they need to be extra fastidious nearing the end of ...
