Manager Communication:  I have placed a 12 quart cambro with a lid on top of the ice machine all the way to the right. It has to-go containers in it. It is labeled to remind folks that they are for guests only and that the lid must stay on. -LB

I counted the batches of special drinks and went to edit the spreadsheets but it wouldn't let me edit them. I have the numbers and will make sure I can access and update them tomorrow - but for reference, the remaining liters of each drink are - 

By Hook/Crook = 6.75L remaining

Beautiful Thing = 5L remaining

Emerging Artist = 2L remaining

Screaming Queens = 1L remaining

And we sold a count of 19 Quince and Juniper Sodas. - IP

Customer Comments: Okay so lots of issues today with QR code tabs. Two folks could not close out but also had issues not getting items. The first gentleman ordered a burger, that had lit up green and never got it in a three hour movie and said nothing. I voided it, he refreshed and his bill was the same on his phone so I closed him out manually he was 1312 in the 5:30 you can see everything I think. 

The woman just now was in theater 2, she had started a QR code tab, ordered donuts after her zuckerburger, never got them, they were NOT on her tab, but she also could not close out at all, I was there with her trying, I closed her out manually. Something seemed off today with Toast. 

Then we had an insane French woman who complained there was too much butter on her popcorn after she ate 2/3 of it and wanted something else. WHAT IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE. I told Caleb to get her a bowl of plain popcorn. -LB

BAR Staff Observations:
Everyone was on their A game. Lydia and Tevon pulled long shifts to help with the first hour of the party and then Darius and Nat took over with ease. Greg had a very busy lobby and held it down like a pro. Sam and Michael were wonderful clearing the floor and washing glassware, and Rae gets the game ball for keeping the food flowing. Great teamwork. Big ups to Desmond too - he was everywhere. - IP

FOH Staff Observations: 

Aidan got some nice feedback from a gentleman named Jemel when he was leaving in the lobby. He told me to thank Aidan for his help, he had a stroke and his speech is not consistent. It was super nice and I know Aidan is a patient person so I had to pass it on.-LB

Special Events? 

It's Rex Manning Day, I mean NEWFEST Queer Media Mixer. -LB

QMM went off without a hitch. The bar, kitchen and runner teams all crushed. Smoothest its gone since I've worked it. We were super prepared and everyone showed up ready to work. The Lychee Martini was the star of the evening, but our batching targets were awesome and I didn't have to batch anything during the party. - IP

Prep List:
Almost kicked the second GF Soda keg tonight and dont have a backup - will need to make that first thing tomorrow. - IP

Check Walk-in?:
I downsized all the Newfest batches and left a buss tub of wines and beers in the walk-in. Otherwise everything is honky dory. - IP

Over/Short on Banks:
Trees bank was $21 short, but there was a slip for the below payout made by Lauren - it was under her number, not Trees. If that isn't the reason, I'm not sure what happened. - IP

I painted theater 2 and 4/6 last call paddles, might want another coat on theater 2 though.
