Manager Communication:
Opened with Wyatt. Going to be a packed house from open to close today - we are ready to rock. - IP
Everyone came to work prepared for the all day sold out YCSE extravaganza. The system seems to be beginning to streamline our operations and I think as the customer base gets more familiar with the QR codes, it's only a matter of time before a lot of the Toast headaches are in the rearview. Despite still having some minor snafus, everything is really running smoothly, which is impressive given the business levels. - IP
URGENT: walkie talkies are dying quick, or not charging at all. We definitely need some new blood fast or we will be without walkies during some busy times.  They have been on the fritz the last couple of weeks but these last few days they have not been making it a full shift.-LB

The handhelds at Trees were on fumes by 11pm. So I don't know if they will have the type of longevity that was purported. We use them fairly non-stop for the entire day. -LB

The Trees Lounge First Aid kit is not where it belongs-we need a new one ASAP.-LB
Customer Comments:

BAR Staff Observations:
Greg opening Trees, Sam opening Lobby - Tevon in at Noon. - IP
Really busy theater service rushes all day long, but Greg was locked in from the jump today. Trees itself really lived and died with the sold out screenings, so there were decently sized lulls where the bar team could get restocked and reset. Sam took care of the lobby solo and did a great job. - IP
Not having any park action due to the change in weather and not having any kids movies also really limited the action of Trees lounge front-facing business today. But honestly it was sort of a nice relief due to the absolute blasts of theater service and the pre-film bursts of customers.  Bar team still had plenty to do and we definitely went through a great deal of product. Excellent work all around for a steady weekend.-LB

FOH Staff Observations:
Raekwon, Bruce and Anthony did an awesome job this morning handling a nearly sold out theater 2 just the three of them. I had to help with a couple of trays, but their pacing and support of each other was textbook. Made life easy for Greg and me. - IP
Everyone is really working as a team. Flipping trays for me as they take trays away from Trees. Running trays for other theaters while they wait through a rush. Impressive task management for a busy day. Vibes are on the rise. Halloween energy also helping out.-LB
