Manager Communication: 
Really slooow open. -GS

Evening remained on the slower side. Had a chance to make do a bunch of prep for Trivia tomorrow as it is likely to be very busy. Made a ton more answer packets and two batches of specials cards to display - one for 50 yr storm and the other for the O-Ren we have in the walk-in. If we want to do the Midnight Margs instead we'll just need to print out another set of specials cards. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Sam, Lydia, Tevon and Patrick were all in good spirits. It was a slower paced day for everyone and I think we all needed it! - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
Caitlin seems to be really on top of her game. - IP

86ed / counts on items: 
Aval is 86ed till tomorrow. Draft choice is coming -GS

Prep List: 
Tevon made FWWM, We made 3 large things of Arbol with the tequila -GS

Over/Short on Banks:
Trees bank was $3 over. Also had the thing where there was a small amount "to be paid" to the house, that was accounted for, but I still don't know why there was an outstanding debt to the house when we had it on hand. - IP

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Union Came today- Empire, US Foods -GS

Manager Communication: Solid Open Lots of forward motion toward menu change and such. Looking good.  If it is at ALL possible to have it say THEATER 1 and THEATER 2 at the top of the ticket the way it does on the kitchen tickets that would be extremely helpful. This is a service issue at TREES for sure during busy times. It will lead to mistakes.  There are also lots of handhelds still printing multiples ie. 2 lemonades vs lemonade lemonade. It seems across the building and across menu. So I think a fine eye to just make sure that is all worked out or things may get missed. The non-consistent nature of it, will in fact lead to mistakes.  The handhelds at Trees are also difficult to use without any color differentiation in the BAR COCKTAILS CATEGORY. If you could take the notes from the people doing the serving it would be super helpful for us. We are a little older and we are using tiny little machines that slow us down. Saturday 11.22.25 Wicked Day 3 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  Th1/2/3 were pretty much sold out for the day, with Wicked doing really well and Bugonia / Frankenstein taking up the smaller theaters.  Definitely a lot more kids coming through for Wicked this time, just as a heads up.  Sentimental Value is also selling out the smaller theaters, too.  Trees also had a group of runners (probably between 10-12 folks) hang out for drinks and brunch post-run.  A couple of more groups came through throughout the day and kept Trees happily busy during the early rounds. JH If we can change the temp on Trees lounge to 70 for this busy stretch, it gets really hot back there when they don't stop moving. -LB Wowie. everyone busting their butts today and I blame L. Frank Baum.  If we didn't switch to the plastic soda cups, we would have drowned today. Made it optimal. I think we need more empty grey racks, they were thin in circulation for the last round. Manager Communication: Opened with Gil. Definitely the second to last Sunday in August type ticket sales to start the day - change of pace from the big Spidyssey weekends. Lovely weather outside with a chance of showers briefly - will hopefully bring some people in from the park. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Nat opening Trees, Greg opening Lobby. - IP.  Pretty smooth sailing through the dinner round.  Everyone grabbed family meal and got breaks, and Danny stuck around for both bars to get a post-dinner restock in.  The last round was pretty mellow saleswise, so both bars had ample time to get started on a deep clean pre-close to end the weekend.  Jeshua got out of here shortly after I rerouted lobby, and both Duan + Tevon closed each bar without issue.
