Manager Communication: Put out a case of shot glasses, pints, rocks, new ice bucket, bullets for picklebacks. -LB

Set for the meeting tomorrow. Everything is made and ready except for JImmy the Gent. New frozen machine is filled with the two new frozens - I wasn't able to fully test the freeze, but whoever is in first can just turn the machine to slush and by the time the meeting starts they should be good to go. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Gab and Danny work very well together. Sam has a pretty bad attitude a lot of the time and could make a concerted effort to work towards some warmer customer service. Jeshua was set it and forget it in the lobby as per usual. Smooth night. - IP

FOH Staff Observations: Gil crushing it in theater 4/6/-LB

Prep List: double batch bloody concentrate, hibiscus tea, Suck it Nature, Iced Tea Concentrate, last two cheaters for new menu. -LB

I made more simple, a double batch of the new Paloma - and stripped more Siete Misterios bottles for cheaters and filled them and labeled them for the new menu. Also set up the new frozen machine and filled it with our two new frozen drinks. - IP

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Sarene, Southern, new ice bucket frozen machine. -LB
Harney and Sons placed. US foods Friday. Baldor tomorrow.-LB
Baldor Saturday with lemons, Saratogas and a few Passionfruit. -LB

Maintenance: The Trees ladies room light timer seems really short, it has gone off on me twice this week when other women had been in there and they left, the light went off. So unsure if the sensor needs batteries or the setting is short, I don't care. I am cool with being in the dark, but I would guess customers and children would not be excited about this.-LB

Toast Issues:
The whiskey buttons need a hot toddy option or we can make a hot toddy button with whiskey options - but they're gonna be coming in hot and heavy as the cold weather rolls in. - IP

Manager Communication: Solid Open Lots of forward motion toward menu change and such. Looking good.  If it is at ALL possible to have it say THEATER 1 and THEATER 2 at the top of the ticket the way it does on the kitchen tickets that would be extremely helpful. This is a service issue at TREES for sure during busy times. It will lead to mistakes.  There are also lots of handhelds still printing multiples ie. 2 lemonades vs lemonade lemonade. It seems across the building and across menu. So I think a fine eye to just make sure that is all worked out or things may get missed. The non-consistent nature of it, will in fact lead to mistakes.  The handhelds at Trees are also difficult to use without any color differentiation in the BAR COCKTAILS CATEGORY. If you could take the notes from the people doing the serving it would be super helpful for us. We are a little older and we are using tiny little machines that slow us down. Saturday 11.22.25 Wicked Day 3 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  Th1/2/3 were pretty much sold out for the day, with Wicked doing really well and Bugonia / Frankenstein taking up the smaller theaters.  Definitely a lot more kids coming through for Wicked this time, just as a heads up.  Sentimental Value is also selling out the smaller theaters, too.  Trees also had a group of runners (probably between 10-12 folks) hang out for drinks and brunch post-run.  A couple of more groups came through throughout the day and kept Trees happily busy during the early rounds. JH If we can change the temp on Trees lounge to 70 for this busy stretch, it gets really hot back there when they don't stop moving. -LB Wowie. everyone busting their butts today and I blame L. Frank Baum.  If we didn't switch to the plastic soda cups, we would have drowned today. Made it optimal. I think we need more empty grey racks, they were thin in circulation for the last round. Manager Communication: Opened with Gil. Definitely the second to last Sunday in August type ticket sales to start the day - change of pace from the big Spidyssey weekends. Lovely weather outside with a chance of showers briefly - will hopefully bring some people in from the park. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Nat opening Trees, Greg opening Lobby. - IP.  Pretty smooth sailing through the dinner round.  Everyone grabbed family meal and got breaks, and Danny stuck around for both bars to get a post-dinner restock in.  The last round was pretty mellow saleswise, so both bars had ample time to get started on a deep clean pre-close to end the weekend.  Jeshua got out of here shortly after I rerouted lobby, and both Duan + Tevon closed each bar without issue.
