Manager Communication:
Opened up with Wyatt. Unremarkable. - IP
Christine rules. Awesome presence on the floor. - IP

Service definitely picked up for the later rounds, but nothing that was unmanageable.  It was primarily the smaller theaters selling very well and later rounds of Coyote vs. Acme growing in sales in the evening.  Five bartenders was perfect, so great call on bar staffing. JH

BAR Staff Observations:
Greg got the memo about keeping the theater 7 well unopened until replacement. Tevon at Trees. LDW Sunday looking relaxed. - IP
Ticket sales grew decently for the day but everything remained calm and easy. Got Tevon out of here and swung Greg up to Trees around 4:30, can probably get Greg out of here right when Jeshua gets in at 5. - IP

Both lobby + Trees were pretty busy with guests and the service pass from about 6-7, but everyone kept up with the pace without issue.  Sam has really come into their own at the service pass and Jeshua is a closing machine.  Duan held down lobby solo for almost the entire evening and was able to get a restock in before he left.  Both bars should be in good shape for the early rounds tomorrow. JH

Sick Leave/ Call outs:
Business levels did not demand a second mid, so we cut Patrick's shift. Original shift deleted and added to the cut schedule. - IP

Prep List:
Made some more Cacao Cream. - IP

Sam had Trees totally under control and Tevon swung to the back to get some Arbol steeping and other odds and ends for the prep shift tomorrow - also made a batch of Paloma as the cheater bottles were beginning to run low. - IP

I made Simple Syrup. JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Baldor arriving tomorrow. JH

Saturday 11.22.25 Wicked Day 3 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  Th1/2/3 were pretty much sold out for the day, with Wicked doing really well and Bugonia / Frankenstein taking up the smaller theaters.  Definitely a lot more kids coming through for Wicked this time, just as a heads up.  Sentimental Value is also selling out the smaller theaters, too.  Trees also had a group of runners (probably between 10-12 folks) hang out for drinks and brunch post-run.  A couple of more groups came through throughout the day and kept Trees happily busy during the early rounds. JH If we can change the temp on Trees lounge to 70 for this busy stretch, it gets really hot back there when they don't stop moving. -LB Wowie. everyone busting their butts today and I blame L. Frank Baum.  If we didn't switch to the plastic soda cups, we would have drowned today. Made it optimal. I think we need more empty grey racks, they were thin in circulation for the last round. Manager Communication:  Holiday level business keeps coming, we had a very busy day overall at the bar. Movies kept service bar going strong through 9 pm and then the bar stayed crowded with a group of people watching the Golden Globes. No issues with getting overly busy, however, as the push to service bar died right as the awards show started and a crowd grew at the bar. We were able to get all duties done tonight; batching, cleaning projects and strong service. The 4 pm rush was very heavy in particular, with Theatres 1, 4 and 6 very tightly seated but we never ran overlong on timing. Customer Comments:  We had a guest come to the bar around 4:30 to complain about some late food, which was dropped by a manager. Julie had a flag that she forget to ring until right before check drop and the guests complained about the wait, but were happy with our resolution of some passes and goodwill discounts on the check. Manager Communication: Opened with Gil. Definitely the second to last Sunday in August type ticket sales to start the day - change of pace from the big Spidyssey weekends. Lovely weather outside with a chance of showers briefly - will hopefully bring some people in from the park. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Nat opening Trees, Greg opening Lobby. - IP.  Pretty smooth sailing through the dinner round.  Everyone grabbed family meal and got breaks, and Danny stuck around for both bars to get a post-dinner restock in.  The last round was pretty mellow saleswise, so both bars had ample time to get started on a deep clean pre-close to end the weekend.  Jeshua got out of here shortly after I rerouted lobby, and both Duan + Tevon closed each bar without issue.
