Manager Communication: Holiday level business keeps coming, we had a very busy day overall at the bar. Movies kept service bar going strong through 9 pm and then the bar stayed crowded with a group of people watching the Golden Globes. No issues with getting overly busy, however, as the push to service bar died right as the awards show started and a crowd grew at the bar. We were able to get all duties done tonight; batching, cleaning projects and strong service. The 4 pm rush was very heavy in particular, with Theatres 1, 4 and 6 very tightly seated but we never ran overlong on timing.

Customer Comments: We had a guest come to the bar around 4:30 to complain about some late food, which was dropped by a manager.

Julie had a flag that she forget to ring until right before check drop and the guests complained about the wait, but were happy with our resolution of some passes and goodwill discounts on the check.

BAR Staff Observations: Everyone did a really excellent job tonight, William and Caleb were solo from 8 pm on and held it down. Rebecca swung up to batch and stock both bars and then got cut as we had a slow last round.

FOH Staff Observations: Some drink running dragged tonight around the 4 o clock large push, but manager support got it moving.

86ed / counts on items: Low count on Saratoga and Ginger beer. 86 Sorachi and Them Apples until the keg finishes charging (we made a 1/3 batch)

Prep List: Not much on the docket as we dwindle whats left of the menu; plenty of batches of the Firewalk, Panther, Lemonade and kegs staying on.

Over/Short on Banks: $15 over behind lobby bar due to a gift card adjustment mistake (started a refund check because, even after voiding the gift card, there was a $15 check left over that Rebecca closed to cash, but voiding it didn't reconcile the issue and created an overage. Sorry.

Pay Outs: $18 Ginger Beer

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor NA for new menu tomorrow, Coke tuesday, Geyser tomorrow

Maintenance: The railing leading in to Th2 service station is loose.

Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
