Manager Communication: 
Very easygoing morning, with the first two rounds staying relatively mellow.  It was an absolutely beautiful day outside this morning, which I'm sure contributed to a dip in walk-in ticketing. JH

Customer Comments: There was a customer named Lauren who really didn't like her Piadina. I spoke with her. She was really nice. I think she just wanted to be heard. I took it off her bill and tried to send drinks, but they were content. -GS

BAR Staff Observations: 
Greg+Matthew rocked out two very lowkey rounds, and once Danny was able to do an afternoon restock for Trees I sent him down to lobby and got Greg out of here.  Once Sam came in, they went down to lobby until Jeshua had gotten a lobby restock in, and Danny went back to Trees and Matthew got out of here. JH

I pushed back Sam and Patrick tomorrow. Unless there is an illness or we get slammed, lets plan on cutting Patrick. Its pretty slow and Sam is very motivated for tomorrow.

FOH Staff Observations: Fiona is a hard worker. Siete did a great job tonight helping me at the pass. GS

Prep List: 
It was a day for grapefruits!  I juiced the two cases of peeled grapefruits we had in the walk in, made a GF Soda keg (which will be done charging at 7:30pm), and strained the GF Oleo.  I also made some more Acid Blend.  JH

For tomorrow- you should be good. Trees will need Twitterpated- we should have some. We have lemonade, FWWM, Froco. Should be solid

I did change the Old fashioned keg prematurely cause it was cloudy, so one keg has some in it- if we have time perhaps we could just add another batch to that keg, it should have the space. That isn't pressing. Hopefully tomorrow is a breeze!

Saturday 11.22.25 Wicked Day 3 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  Th1/2/3 were pretty much sold out for the day, with Wicked doing really well and Bugonia / Frankenstein taking up the smaller theaters.  Definitely a lot more kids coming through for Wicked this time, just as a heads up.  Sentimental Value is also selling out the smaller theaters, too.  Trees also had a group of runners (probably between 10-12 folks) hang out for drinks and brunch post-run.  A couple of more groups came through throughout the day and kept Trees happily busy during the early rounds. JH If we can change the temp on Trees lounge to 70 for this busy stretch, it gets really hot back there when they don't stop moving. -LB Wowie. everyone busting their butts today and I blame L. Frank Baum.  If we didn't switch to the plastic soda cups, we would have drowned today. Made it optimal. I think we need more empty grey racks, they were thin in circulation for the last round. Manager Communication:  Holiday level business keeps coming, we had a very busy day overall at the bar. Movies kept service bar going strong through 9 pm and then the bar stayed crowded with a group of people watching the Golden Globes. No issues with getting overly busy, however, as the push to service bar died right as the awards show started and a crowd grew at the bar. We were able to get all duties done tonight; batching, cleaning projects and strong service. The 4 pm rush was very heavy in particular, with Theatres 1, 4 and 6 very tightly seated but we never ran overlong on timing. Customer Comments:  We had a guest come to the bar around 4:30 to complain about some late food, which was dropped by a manager. Julie had a flag that she forget to ring until right before check drop and the guests complained about the wait, but were happy with our resolution of some passes and goodwill discounts on the check. Manager Communication: Opened with Gil. Definitely the second to last Sunday in August type ticket sales to start the day - change of pace from the big Spidyssey weekends. Lovely weather outside with a chance of showers briefly - will hopefully bring some people in from the park. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Nat opening Trees, Greg opening Lobby. - IP.  Pretty smooth sailing through the dinner round.  Everyone grabbed family meal and got breaks, and Danny stuck around for both bars to get a post-dinner restock in.  The last round was pretty mellow saleswise, so both bars had ample time to get started on a deep clean pre-close to end the weekend.  Jeshua got out of here shortly after I rerouted lobby, and both Duan + Tevon closed each bar without issue.
