Manager Communication: 
Going to pause making cheaters on ALL Trees cocktails. 86 as you need to. 
I grabbed a box of bullet ramekins from the kitchen for the upcoming additional pickle backs we are adding to the Trees menu.  I will be grabbing the 5 gallon tub of pickle juice, with the assistance of Ian tonight.-LB

Pickle juice acquired and stored in walk-in. Thanks Lauren for the fix on the frozen machine! Very mellow sales with the exception of "To Wong Foo". - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Cut Lydia around 7:30 - Patrick and Danny were easily able to handle the Drag show rush. Tevon had a very chill evening in the lobby. - IP
Cut Danny around 9:30 after the rush for "To Wong Foo" was over. Patrick handled the Trees close, and Tevon the lobby, with ease. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
Conner routinely shows why he has been promoted to lead. He is really great about being aware of what's going on with not just his theaters, but also those around him. Really wonderful team member. - IP

86ed / counts on items:
We will be discontining batching our Summer menu Trees special cocktail cheaters. We'll start to slowly 86 them. We're full up on them at the moment, but let's make sure we're communicating when they go the way of the dinosaur. - IP

Prep List: 
Found some Paloma on the bar prep lowboy refilled bottles. Made some Iced Tea since I did not see the stuff in the walk-in.  Irish coffee blend. Midnight margs. Cambro Margarita. Princess Peach kicked, did not have enough Juliette to make another keg. 

Filled the Marg and Negroni kegs with the cambro'd batches. Also strained the GF Oleo. - IP

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Baldor arrived. Baldor coming tomorrow.-LB
US foods placed for Wednesday.-LB

Maintenance: 
I epoxied the ice bucket from Trees Lounge (thank you for saving the hook piece!!!) It needs to cure over night. We can bring that one down to Lobby bar tomorrow, since the hook broke off of that one. 
The Froco is leaking at Trees, Jeshua left a bucket and note. I took it apart. It looked fine, but it is missing a tiny gasket and I will order a replacement for it. I swapped the piece with one of the empty machines.-LB.

Manager Communication:  Th1/2/3 were pretty much sold out for the day, with Wicked doing really well and Bugonia / Frankenstein taking up the smaller theaters.  Definitely a lot more kids coming through for Wicked this time, just as a heads up.  Sentimental Value is also selling out the smaller theaters, too.  Trees also had a group of runners (probably between 10-12 folks) hang out for drinks and brunch post-run.  A couple of more groups came through throughout the day and kept Trees happily busy during the early rounds. JH If we can change the temp on Trees lounge to 70 for this busy stretch, it gets really hot back there when they don't stop moving. -LB Wowie. everyone busting their butts today and I blame L. Frank Baum.  If we didn't switch to the plastic soda cups, we would have drowned today. Made it optimal. I think we need more empty grey racks, they were thin in circulation for the last round. Manager Communication:  Holiday level business keeps coming, we had a very busy day overall at the bar. Movies kept service bar going strong through 9 pm and then the bar stayed crowded with a group of people watching the Golden Globes. No issues with getting overly busy, however, as the push to service bar died right as the awards show started and a crowd grew at the bar. We were able to get all duties done tonight; batching, cleaning projects and strong service. The 4 pm rush was very heavy in particular, with Theatres 1, 4 and 6 very tightly seated but we never ran overlong on timing. Customer Comments:  We had a guest come to the bar around 4:30 to complain about some late food, which was dropped by a manager. Julie had a flag that she forget to ring until right before check drop and the guests complained about the wait, but were happy with our resolution of some passes and goodwill discounts on the check. Manager Communication: Opened with Gil. Definitely the second to last Sunday in August type ticket sales to start the day - change of pace from the big Spidyssey weekends. Lovely weather outside with a chance of showers briefly - will hopefully bring some people in from the park. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Nat opening Trees, Greg opening Lobby. - IP.  Pretty smooth sailing through the dinner round.  Everyone grabbed family meal and got breaks, and Danny stuck around for both bars to get a post-dinner restock in.  The last round was pretty mellow saleswise, so both bars had ample time to get started on a deep clean pre-close to end the weekend.  Jeshua got out of here shortly after I rerouted lobby, and both Duan + Tevon closed each bar without issue.
