Very sleepy Friday night. I think Coyote v Acme might actually have some legs due to really good word of mouth - the dinner round was rippin' tonight. Otherwise a nice end of summer Friday. - IP

The lights at Trees Lounge were bumped up higher than they should be on the wall panel, so I adjusted them to their appropriate levels at the end of the night to avoid a laser lights show for the guests, as those dimmers are finnicky on their best day. - IP

Customer Comments: 
Tevon caught some kids trying to buy tickets to an R rated movie and notified me. They didn't get them.-GS

BAR Staff Observations: 
Great opening team. made some cuts (well 1)-GS
Gabrielle is cut tomorrow- No one is pushed back. We feel good about the plan.-GS

Matthew helped out with the big dinner round push and got outta here around 7:30. Tevon stuck around to help with a relatively light Friday night crowd (bolstered by US Open coverage - thanks to Lillian who got the Cable feed back up and working!) and then Gab and Duan closed each bar easily. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
Fiona is great at the pass. Really good at building trays when a bar MOD is making drinks or there is no other MOD presence to tray up, and is very prompt as support. - IP

Sick Leave/ Call outs: 
None, we cut Sam though-GS

Prep List: 
We prepped a ton. Jenn & I have a gameplan for the weekend to help reduce waste and overbatching-GS

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
We did a last minute US Foods order for tomorrow- all soda boxes-GS

Maintenance: 
Matthew purchased a new sink for Lobby, we will continue to try and problem solve the leak till it arrives. -GS

Saturday 11.22.25 Wicked Day 3 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  Th1/2/3 were pretty much sold out for the day, with Wicked doing really well and Bugonia / Frankenstein taking up the smaller theaters.  Definitely a lot more kids coming through for Wicked this time, just as a heads up.  Sentimental Value is also selling out the smaller theaters, too.  Trees also had a group of runners (probably between 10-12 folks) hang out for drinks and brunch post-run.  A couple of more groups came through throughout the day and kept Trees happily busy during the early rounds. JH If we can change the temp on Trees lounge to 70 for this busy stretch, it gets really hot back there when they don't stop moving. -LB Wowie. everyone busting their butts today and I blame L. Frank Baum.  If we didn't switch to the plastic soda cups, we would have drowned today. Made it optimal. I think we need more empty grey racks, they were thin in circulation for the last round. Manager Communication:  Holiday level business keeps coming, we had a very busy day overall at the bar. Movies kept service bar going strong through 9 pm and then the bar stayed crowded with a group of people watching the Golden Globes. No issues with getting overly busy, however, as the push to service bar died right as the awards show started and a crowd grew at the bar. We were able to get all duties done tonight; batching, cleaning projects and strong service. The 4 pm rush was very heavy in particular, with Theatres 1, 4 and 6 very tightly seated but we never ran overlong on timing. Customer Comments:  We had a guest come to the bar around 4:30 to complain about some late food, which was dropped by a manager. Julie had a flag that she forget to ring until right before check drop and the guests complained about the wait, but were happy with our resolution of some passes and goodwill discounts on the check. Manager Communication: Opened with Gil. Definitely the second to last Sunday in August type ticket sales to start the day - change of pace from the big Spidyssey weekends. Lovely weather outside with a chance of showers briefly - will hopefully bring some people in from the park. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Nat opening Trees, Greg opening Lobby. - IP.  Pretty smooth sailing through the dinner round.  Everyone grabbed family meal and got breaks, and Danny stuck around for both bars to get a post-dinner restock in.  The last round was pretty mellow saleswise, so both bars had ample time to get started on a deep clean pre-close to end the weekend.  Jeshua got out of here shortly after I rerouted lobby, and both Duan + Tevon closed each bar without issue.
