Good bar meeting today. Excited about menu change. Nights continue to be busy at Trees - great stuff! - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Trivia team was excellent tonight. We were slammed and they made it look easy. Greg had a busy night in lobby too, and he cruised through it no problemo. - IP

Special Events?
Trivia was packed. Team did great. Got the old tables stacked back up in the bar storage closet and the hi-tops put back in the center of the space for Thursday's event, as requested. - IP

Top Gun FF is tomorrow - the glassware is ready to go and stacked up by the lobby bar. - IP

Shooting to get the growing mountain of naked grapefruits juiced tomorrow. Also going to try to hone in on a new gin draught cocktail as a possibility for the menu change. - IP

Maintenance:
The floor drain underneath the ice well closest to the 3/5 pass in lobby is clogged - going to ask Vlad if he can hit those floor drains during the day before we get busy. - IP

Jimmy the plumber came by at 10:30p(?) to check on the ice well in the lobby bar and see if he could make the repair happen. I told him Greg would have the bar all put to bed and ready for whatever he needed by 11 and then he left. Unsure of where he went, or if he intends to come back to work on the leaky well. I am first in tomorrow morning, so if I don't see him before I leave, I will check to see if there is any evidence of a fix. Sorry I don't have more info - Trivia was wrapping up, so when he left I didn't have a chance to try to track him down. - IP

Saturday 11.22.25 Wicked Day 3 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  Th1/2/3 were pretty much sold out for the day, with Wicked doing really well and Bugonia / Frankenstein taking up the smaller theaters.  Definitely a lot more kids coming through for Wicked this time, just as a heads up.  Sentimental Value is also selling out the smaller theaters, too.  Trees also had a group of runners (probably between 10-12 folks) hang out for drinks and brunch post-run.  A couple of more groups came through throughout the day and kept Trees happily busy during the early rounds. JH If we can change the temp on Trees lounge to 70 for this busy stretch, it gets really hot back there when they don't stop moving. -LB Wowie. everyone busting their butts today and I blame L. Frank Baum.  If we didn't switch to the plastic soda cups, we would have drowned today. Made it optimal. I think we need more empty grey racks, they were thin in circulation for the last round. Manager Communication:  Holiday level business keeps coming, we had a very busy day overall at the bar. Movies kept service bar going strong through 9 pm and then the bar stayed crowded with a group of people watching the Golden Globes. No issues with getting overly busy, however, as the push to service bar died right as the awards show started and a crowd grew at the bar. We were able to get all duties done tonight; batching, cleaning projects and strong service. The 4 pm rush was very heavy in particular, with Theatres 1, 4 and 6 very tightly seated but we never ran overlong on timing. Customer Comments:  We had a guest come to the bar around 4:30 to complain about some late food, which was dropped by a manager. Julie had a flag that she forget to ring until right before check drop and the guests complained about the wait, but were happy with our resolution of some passes and goodwill discounts on the check. Monday 9/1, Labor Day, Gus/Lauren

Manager Communication: Sleepy start. Carly and I opened the building Customer Comments:   Lol, Jeshua provided me with an entertaining exchange. He walkied for an MOD, I came down and there were two teenage boys trying to see Weapons. They did not have ID. The younger looking one claimed to be 18 and had shown Jeshua a photo of his Polish passport. It said he was 25. So I told them that they can't come in. I appreciate Jeshua's keen eye on the upholding of our policies. They were clever at trying to negotiate their way in, but lacked some common sense. -LB BAR Staff Observations: Charlie opened the Lobby, Greg upstairs. Went off without a hitch. Greg was rocking  FOH Staff Observations: Sam was crushing support. Madison hustling for 4/6 (getting that first hot toddy of the season up there hot UGH too early for this.) Runners helping out everywhere. Good crew.-LB Hiring/Training: Nia in it to win it with Tevon.  She has brought a nice, refreshing attitude to the bar team....
