Manager Communication: 
Gus is back and answering the phone lines.-LB
Had a very constructive meeting about Fall menu change. 
Gus called NuCo.
I submitted a ticket on Coke service  39266501 for our lobby bar gun that has a cracked coupler and tube broken. -LB

Got to almost every outstanding thing for tomorrow, but have yet to think of a possible back-up name for the End of Oak Street drink - will figure it out tomorrow. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Bar was hoppin. Lydia and Darius rocked it out - Lydia cranked out the service tickets and Darius did his charming thing behind the bar. The team is really stepping up all across the board, and Trees lounge is busy every single night. Woohoo! - IP

Hiring/Training:
Just a general shout out to all the new servers who really seem to be fitting right in and making this very busy few weeks as seamless as possible. - IP

Just reminder no more red ale at all.-LB

Prep List: 
blonde in hell, 2x bloody mix, paloma, grapefruit keg. 

Got both separate elements of the Cap'n Crunk ready and waiting to be combined in the walk-in, once the cereal milk has steeped long enough and we can strain it. - IP

Pay Outs: 
$50 event talent

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Empire, Baldor, US foods. -LB

Homecoming dropped off five cold brew kegs and bags of beans. I hauled the kegs up to the walk-in, so we don't have to worry about that tomorrow. - IP

Maintenance: 
The sink for lobby is at the end of the highway outside bar prep. It weighs about 100lbs. 
The elevator is out, so curious of the ETA since we have a beer delivery tomorrow among other things that can't get upstairs otherwise.-LB

Saturday 11.22.25 Wicked Day 3 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  Th1/2/3 were pretty much sold out for the day, with Wicked doing really well and Bugonia / Frankenstein taking up the smaller theaters.  Definitely a lot more kids coming through for Wicked this time, just as a heads up.  Sentimental Value is also selling out the smaller theaters, too.  Trees also had a group of runners (probably between 10-12 folks) hang out for drinks and brunch post-run.  A couple of more groups came through throughout the day and kept Trees happily busy during the early rounds. JH If we can change the temp on Trees lounge to 70 for this busy stretch, it gets really hot back there when they don't stop moving. -LB Wowie. everyone busting their butts today and I blame L. Frank Baum.  If we didn't switch to the plastic soda cups, we would have drowned today. Made it optimal. I think we need more empty grey racks, they were thin in circulation for the last round. Manager Communication:  Holiday level business keeps coming, we had a very busy day overall at the bar. Movies kept service bar going strong through 9 pm and then the bar stayed crowded with a group of people watching the Golden Globes. No issues with getting overly busy, however, as the push to service bar died right as the awards show started and a crowd grew at the bar. We were able to get all duties done tonight; batching, cleaning projects and strong service. The 4 pm rush was very heavy in particular, with Theatres 1, 4 and 6 very tightly seated but we never ran overlong on timing. Customer Comments:  We had a guest come to the bar around 4:30 to complain about some late food, which was dropped by a manager. Julie had a flag that she forget to ring until right before check drop and the guests complained about the wait, but were happy with our resolution of some passes and goodwill discounts on the check. Monday 9/1, Labor Day, Gus/Lauren

Manager Communication: Sleepy start. Carly and I opened the building Customer Comments:   Lol, Jeshua provided me with an entertaining exchange. He walkied for an MOD, I came down and there were two teenage boys trying to see Weapons. They did not have ID. The younger looking one claimed to be 18 and had shown Jeshua a photo of his Polish passport. It said he was 25. So I told them that they can't come in. I appreciate Jeshua's keen eye on the upholding of our policies. They were clever at trying to negotiate their way in, but lacked some common sense. -LB BAR Staff Observations: Charlie opened the Lobby, Greg upstairs. Went off without a hitch. Greg was rocking  FOH Staff Observations: Sam was crushing support. Madison hustling for 4/6 (getting that first hot toddy of the season up there hot UGH too early for this.) Runners helping out everywhere. Good crew.-LB Hiring/Training: Nia in it to win it with Tevon.  She has brought a nice, refreshing attitude to the bar team....
