Manager Communication:
Got in and got the Classified Colada chamber all cleaned and reset to Frozen Coke. Did a thorough reset of the mezzanine this morning to make sure there was nothing that needed major attention before the event tonight (there wasn't). I was able to juice a whole case of naked GF and threw together another keg of GF Soda that will be charged by 5:45 tonight. Gus and I have everything squared away for the party and we'll be ready to rock later this evening! - IP

Customer Comments:
Had a guest come to lobby after watching the 5:15pm Odyssey screening in Th 4 concerned that we had shown a digital print instead of the 35mm scheduled.  She noted some issues with certain shots were it appeared portions of the screen were pixelated.  She wasn't overly upset, moreso wanting to confirm whether or not her screening had been 35mm.  I reached out to projection to confirm and mentioned the issue, to which Jack said she may have seen some graininess, but that he had certainly run the film print for that screening.  I explained this to the guest and she was satisfied with the answer. JH

BAR Staff Observations:
Danny made sure to have Trees well stocked with cut fruit and glassware for the event tonight. Gab held it down in the lobby. - IP

A lady at the party told Danny that he made the best Gimlets she has ever had. -Gus

Really great work across the board today, especially with the Trees Lounge screenings.  Once everyone had a chance to grab family meal, Jeshua took on lobby solo and Gabrielle floated up to Trees.  Having four bartenders behind the bar was a necessity from about 5:30-7:00pm, so great job on having Tevon scheduled as extra hands.  Danny + Gabrielle + Matthew + Tevon absolutely sailed through service, with both a very busy bar top and pretty active service passes.  Got both Danny + Gabrielle out once the first screening was mellowed out, and Matthe + Tevon took care of the rest.  Once we had done last call, Tevon got out of here after assisting Matthew with a hefty pre-close. JH

Special Events?
Trees Lounge screenings and Party feat. Steve Buscemi. 
Got all of the product prepped and in cheaters/squeeze bottles ready to go. Had a pre-shift with Jess, Gus, Jenn and the team. Everyone is set and ready for the festivities. - IP

The pre-screening event went well, along with both screenings.  Easygoing group that were an absolute delight to host.  Bartenders also commented on how lovely the overall crowds for both screenings were.  We still have a little left of each of the batched specials (we did not need to batch more) and the rice lager cans. JH

Prep List:
Juiced a case of GF and made a fresh keg of GF Soda. - IP
O-Ren kicked this afternoon - the empty keg has been cleaned and is chilling in the walk-in. - IP
Tomorrow lets hit the pars, but lets not fill the OF keg that is empty, put it in a cambro so hopefully Josh can look at it.

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
*Manhattan beer is out of High Life bottles, so we are getting 12 cases of cans on Saturday. It is not ideal, but it is better than not have a special and popular beer. That is coming on Saturday.

Maintenance: 
Sent an email about some bar issues ie: gas, ice well & lobby lowboy

Manager Communication: Solid Open Lots of forward motion toward menu change and such. Looking good.  If it is at ALL possible to have it say THEATER 1 and THEATER 2 at the top of the ticket the way it does on the kitchen tickets that would be extremely helpful. This is a service issue at TREES for sure during busy times. It will lead to mistakes.  There are also lots of handhelds still printing multiples ie. 2 lemonades vs lemonade lemonade. It seems across the building and across menu. So I think a fine eye to just make sure that is all worked out or things may get missed. The non-consistent nature of it, will in fact lead to mistakes.  The handhelds at Trees are also difficult to use without any color differentiation in the BAR COCKTAILS CATEGORY. If you could take the notes from the people doing the serving it would be super helpful for us. We are a little older and we are using tiny little machines that slow us down. Manager Communication: Saturday mornings. Classic. Rebecca & I rocked it out -G It got really cold tonight in the mid-40s. I turned on the entry way heaters because Christine asked me to since Jeshua was cold. The exit doors were fine, did not smell, but the entryway doors were very rank so I turned them off. Probably a vacuum would be enough. But smelled like a hairdryer full of dead pine needles. I broke out the space heaters for lobby bar.-LB The spotify iPad at Trees is not connected to the internet now, if that could be addressed. Only downloaded playlists are working-LB Customer Comments: Had a bday party for a 1 year old. Matthew handled like a champ. There were a lot of them. Filled the place up early- was great. Manager Communication: Battening down the hatches for the Nathan Fielder Doc. Not ideal to be down a bartender, but if you're going to have three bodies at Trees, the ones you want are Tevon, Matthew and Natasha. Weather is also gross today, so we can expect the smaller theaters to grow. Gonna be a busy one. - IP Holy cow the drink rushes for back to back sold out 1/2 showings really just go on and on and on... The 1/2 rush for the dinner round lasted 90+ minutes - non-stop tickets the whole time. Bar team was INCREDIBLE. Ariel jumped right into service and helped knockout the last half hour or so of the rush - absolutely clutch. - IP We was nice and poppin' homies. The You Can See Everything doc has people drinking nonstop... which is fresh. We were busy but I was still able to cut Matthew and Tevon before 10:00 PM (Keepin' em under 9 hours) and I rocked out some of the late rush in Tree's. - AB2 I am a fan of the metal bars in Tree's for servers to write table nu...
