Manager Communication:
Got the orders all stashed away and was able to get to the Lobby frozen machines/bubbler. There was an extra menu from theater 2 that found its way to the office last night - pretty sure it was liberated from the lobby by a guest a while ago. I've put it back at the lobby bar, in case anyone is looking for it. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Gab and Danny opening. Uncharacteristically slow afternoon - but the later shows are steadily growing. - IP 

Back to busy third rounds in the big theaters, so Gabrielle hung around Trees until the Th2 Camp Miasma had gotten through its initial service push.  Danny helped Trees get through the second round, and covered Greg for a restock and a break before getting out of here.  Greg was solo in lobby and closed without issue, and Matthew restocked a bunch of glassware at Trees before getting out of here in preparation for his opening shift tomorrow. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
The ice well for lobby is downstairs next to the soda tower by the Th7 service pass.  The plumber should be arriving to install it tomorrow morning. JH

Prep List:
Was able to juice the naked Grapefruits in the walk-in - the juice is labeled in a cambro. - IP

Knocked out 10x FroCo + 10x Lemonade to give Matthew a headstart tomorrow.  The GF Oleo has also been strained.  A GF Soda keg should be made first thing tomorrow, due to the time it takes to charge in order to be service ready.  Other kegs we we will also need are Margarita + +Old Fashioned + O-Ren Lychee. JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Received Baldor, Manhattan - got the mountain of High Life all stacked and ready for "Tony". I put a note on the High Lifes to use the cardboard box cases of MHL first. - IP

Maintenance:
The Fro-Co chamber in Trees closest to the service pass has been overfreezing as we know, but it would seem that a wonderful (temporary) solution is to just leave the tank on "COLD", and by virtue of being too cold it'll slush the Fro-Co just right. Gus is ordering a new temperature gauge and we will hopefully have it fixed ASAP. - IP

Filmbot Issues: 
A little after 5:00pm, Greg accidentally updated the Filmbot iPad.  There did not seem to be any change to Filmbot once the iPad restarted. JH

Saturday 11.22.25 Wicked Day 3 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  Th1/2/3 were pretty much sold out for the day, with Wicked doing really well and Bugonia / Frankenstein taking up the smaller theaters.  Definitely a lot more kids coming through for Wicked this time, just as a heads up.  Sentimental Value is also selling out the smaller theaters, too.  Trees also had a group of runners (probably between 10-12 folks) hang out for drinks and brunch post-run.  A couple of more groups came through throughout the day and kept Trees happily busy during the early rounds. JH If we can change the temp on Trees lounge to 70 for this busy stretch, it gets really hot back there when they don't stop moving. -LB Wowie. everyone busting their butts today and I blame L. Frank Baum.  If we didn't switch to the plastic soda cups, we would have drowned today. Made it optimal. I think we need more empty grey racks, they were thin in circulation for the last round. Jesse Sunday 1.5

Manager Communication:  Holiday level business keeps coming, we had a very busy day overall at the bar. Movies kept service bar going strong through 9 pm and then the bar stayed crowded with a group of people watching the Golden Globes. No issues with getting overly busy, however, as the push to service bar died right as the awards show started and a crowd grew at the bar. We were able to get all duties done tonight; batching, cleaning projects and strong service. The 4 pm rush was very heavy in particular, with Theatres 1, 4 and 6 very tightly seated but we never ran overlong on timing. Customer Comments:  We had a guest come to the bar around 4:30 to complain about some late food, which was dropped by a manager. Julie had a flag that she forget to ring until right before check drop and the guests complained about the wait, but were happy with our resolution of some passes and goodwill discounts on the check. Monday 9/1, Labor Day, Gus/Lauren

Manager Communication: Sleepy start. Carly and I opened the building Customer Comments:   Lol, Jeshua provided me with an entertaining exchange. He walkied for an MOD, I came down and there were two teenage boys trying to see Weapons. They did not have ID. The younger looking one claimed to be 18 and had shown Jeshua a photo of his Polish passport. It said he was 25. So I told them that they can't come in. I appreciate Jeshua's keen eye on the upholding of our policies. They were clever at trying to negotiate their way in, but lacked some common sense. -LB BAR Staff Observations: Charlie opened the Lobby, Greg upstairs. Went off without a hitch. Greg was rocking  FOH Staff Observations: Sam was crushing support. Madison hustling for 4/6 (getting that first hot toddy of the season up there hot UGH too early for this.) Runners helping out everywhere. Good crew.-LB Hiring/Training: Nia in it to win it with Tevon.  She has brought a nice, refreshing attitude to the bar team....
