I put gold nail polish on the non-carbonated kegs today. I hope it will not chip off. If you can point this out to Matthew on his batch shift. I will make sure Tevon sees it tomorrow. I told Tevon today and he said he goes mainly by the different color gasket, I think they are black versus white on the others.-LB

I pushed Duan and Sam both back to 4p, as afternoon sales are totally manageable for Nat, Greg and Tevon. Openers can get ready to skedaddle right when they walk in the door. - IP

Possible slight change in the swiftness of exits, as Jeshua has called out sick tonight. After no luck seeing if any not scheduled bartender wanted to pick up the shift, I pushed Duan back to 5p to close Trees, and Tevon can hang until the crunch of the dinner round is over. While Sam handles the Lobby solo. I checked in with Lauren to make sure she was up to speed. - IP

When closing lobby Sam had the floor all wet on the 3/5 side. I feel like I am losing my mind. I asked them what happened they didn't notice it. They said they killed the ice very slowly and didn't hear anything. So I am kind of convinced there is a leak somewhere in the back piping there since this happens, but also I feel like they don't pay attention and then water is all over the floor because it goes over the back of the ice wells. I don't know if any other lobby closers have such an issue with drenching the floor. At least Darius is not alone. Has anyone else noticed this issue? -LB

FOH Staff Observations: Really good teamwork today and yesterday all around. Lovely hustle. The new leads doing their thing and being proactive.  We have a lot of new servers that feel really lived in and I live it. Fiona and Ace stand out for sure.   I feel like the new runners have found their footing with good guidance.  George finding himself the leader of the new pack. -LB

Maintenance: For everyone to know, the attachment for the handheld water part at the dishpit at Trees was taken for the kitchen tonight. They ordered a replacement for us but they needed it urgently.-LB

The leak under the ice well by theater 7 is not good. I have emailed Matthew and Gus an update.-LB
I put in a coke request 39572350. The soda gun by theater 7 has the tubing showing between the coil part and the soda gun. So I think it is probably in need of a tune up before it totally falls apart.-LB

Saturday 11.22.25 Wicked Day 3 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  Th1/2/3 were pretty much sold out for the day, with Wicked doing really well and Bugonia / Frankenstein taking up the smaller theaters.  Definitely a lot more kids coming through for Wicked this time, just as a heads up.  Sentimental Value is also selling out the smaller theaters, too.  Trees also had a group of runners (probably between 10-12 folks) hang out for drinks and brunch post-run.  A couple of more groups came through throughout the day and kept Trees happily busy during the early rounds. JH If we can change the temp on Trees lounge to 70 for this busy stretch, it gets really hot back there when they don't stop moving. -LB Wowie. everyone busting their butts today and I blame L. Frank Baum.  If we didn't switch to the plastic soda cups, we would have drowned today. Made it optimal. I think we need more empty grey racks, they were thin in circulation for the last round. Manager Communication:  Holiday level business keeps coming, we had a very busy day overall at the bar. Movies kept service bar going strong through 9 pm and then the bar stayed crowded with a group of people watching the Golden Globes. No issues with getting overly busy, however, as the push to service bar died right as the awards show started and a crowd grew at the bar. We were able to get all duties done tonight; batching, cleaning projects and strong service. The 4 pm rush was very heavy in particular, with Theatres 1, 4 and 6 very tightly seated but we never ran overlong on timing. Customer Comments:  We had a guest come to the bar around 4:30 to complain about some late food, which was dropped by a manager. Julie had a flag that she forget to ring until right before check drop and the guests complained about the wait, but were happy with our resolution of some passes and goodwill discounts on the check. Monday 9/1, Labor Day, Gus/Lauren

Manager Communication: Sleepy start. Carly and I opened the building Customer Comments:   Lol, Jeshua provided me with an entertaining exchange. He walkied for an MOD, I came down and there were two teenage boys trying to see Weapons. They did not have ID. The younger looking one claimed to be 18 and had shown Jeshua a photo of his Polish passport. It said he was 25. So I told them that they can't come in. I appreciate Jeshua's keen eye on the upholding of our policies. They were clever at trying to negotiate their way in, but lacked some common sense. -LB BAR Staff Observations: Charlie opened the Lobby, Greg upstairs. Went off without a hitch. Greg was rocking  FOH Staff Observations: Sam was crushing support. Madison hustling for 4/6 (getting that first hot toddy of the season up there hot UGH too early for this.)
