Manager Communication: I know that yesterday was crazy but if you read the blogs I note when I have Baldor coming, I had lemons and orange juice coming today. We now have 3 boxes of lemons and 5 extra boxes of orange juice. I don't know who placed the extra orders, but please look at the orders that are scheduled.  Also, don't swipe the kitchens orders, we did not have Baldor yesterday and someone grabbed coconut milk, it may have been Esther, I gave them ours that came today. -LB
The glass boots are trophies for VOLO, so the one that broke that is now in the liquor room? I tossed it and let them know. -LB
Smooth day. Slow start, Tony definitely has a good crowd. Went over closing plan with Wyatt and the team.

Prep List: I took the peeled grapefruit rinds and made them oleo.  I made a half keg of GF soda and added the removed stuff from last night and charged it up. I started straining the Cap'n Crunk from Wednesday. 
Had Natasha make a twitterpated, summertime cooler, arbol and simple real quick during a snoozy afternoon.-LB
Strain the OLEO tomorrow afternoon!!
I think the cap'n crunk that wasn't partially strained may have sat with the milk too long to get clarified now.-LB

Saturday 11.22.25 Wicked Day 3 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  Th1/2/3 were pretty much sold out for the day, with Wicked doing really well and Bugonia / Frankenstein taking up the smaller theaters.  Definitely a lot more kids coming through for Wicked this time, just as a heads up.  Sentimental Value is also selling out the smaller theaters, too.  Trees also had a group of runners (probably between 10-12 folks) hang out for drinks and brunch post-run.  A couple of more groups came through throughout the day and kept Trees happily busy during the early rounds. JH If we can change the temp on Trees lounge to 70 for this busy stretch, it gets really hot back there when they don't stop moving. -LB Wowie. everyone busting their butts today and I blame L. Frank Baum.  If we didn't switch to the plastic soda cups, we would have drowned today. Made it optimal. I think we need more empty grey racks, they were thin in circulation for the last round. Manager Communication:  Holiday level business keeps coming, we had a very busy day overall at the bar. Movies kept service bar going strong through 9 pm and then the bar stayed crowded with a group of people watching the Golden Globes. No issues with getting overly busy, however, as the push to service bar died right as the awards show started and a crowd grew at the bar. We were able to get all duties done tonight; batching, cleaning projects and strong service. The 4 pm rush was very heavy in particular, with Theatres 1, 4 and 6 very tightly seated but we never ran overlong on timing. Customer Comments:  We had a guest come to the bar around 4:30 to complain about some late food, which was dropped by a manager. Julie had a flag that she forget to ring until right before check drop and the guests complained about the wait, but were happy with our resolution of some passes and goodwill discounts on the check. Monday 9/1, Labor Day, Gus/Lauren

Manager Communication: Sleepy start. Carly and I opened the building Customer Comments:   Lol, Jeshua provided me with an entertaining exchange. He walkied for an MOD, I came down and there were two teenage boys trying to see Weapons. They did not have ID. The younger looking one claimed to be 18 and had shown Jeshua a photo of his Polish passport. It said he was 25. So I told them that they can't come in. I appreciate Jeshua's keen eye on the upholding of our policies. They were clever at trying to negotiate their way in, but lacked some common sense. -LB BAR Staff Observations: Charlie opened the Lobby, Greg upstairs. Went off without a hitch. Greg was rocking  FOH Staff Observations: Sam was crushing support. Madison hustling for 4/6 (getting that first hot toddy of the season up there hot UGH too early for this.) Runners helping out everywhere. Good crew.-LB Hiring/Training: Nia in it to win it with Tevon.  She has brought a nice, refreshing attitude to the bar team....
