Manager Communication: I spoke with NuCo, it seems we may have a Nitrogen problem and not a CO2 problem as the back up tank we switched over to is a Nitrogen tank and not a CO2 tank. They will be sending a tech out to help figure this out. The readings are not correct on the box so it seems like the leak could be between the tank and the mix box. It did seem like we needed CO2 anyway as they delivered 70 lbs more than expected, but hopefully we can get to the bottom of this and I will surely ask them more questions than they prefer to answer.-LB
We are out of menus at Lobby bar, we were down to 1 and now we have zero. I feel like we need to attach it to a 2 by 4 like a key for a coffee shop bathroom. Anyway, I don't think I will have time to get to this if anyone has the bandwidth to track down some empty menus and print/stuff for Lobby bar. -LB
It was an extraordinarily busy Monday night at Trees lounge. Theaters were almost totally sold out, and the Darkroom Series and screening of "John Carter" totally swarmed Trees after their respective showings. Wyatt and Christine were magnificent - helping run and tray drinks and even covering the lobby bar when both sold out screenings emptied into Trees while the late round Spiderman's massive drink rush was at its peak, and we needed all the hands we could get at Trees. - IP
BAR Staff Observations:
The team was wonderful this evening. It is stinkin' hot, the place is packed to the gills, and they had a Saturday Night service with a Monday night staff. Lydia was the MVP tonight - single-handedly cranking out a big chunk of the late round service bar by themselves, while Greg and I (and later Patrick too) dealt with the Darkroom guests, and shortly thereafter the "John Carter" screening guests. Wyatt covered the lobby bar from 10-10:30 (when we closed the gate and re-routed) while I had Patrick come up to help with the crush of guests. Michael and Christine were also instrumental in allowing the bar team and myself to provide great service to the huge crowd at Trees while never missing a beat for Theater service. Really good teamwork. In the future, if we ever know that we have a triple-whammy of events while we have a guaranteed smash like an Odyssey or a Spiderman, we should consider bringing in an event-focused bartender like the trivia shift. I understand that it doesn't always make sense to schedule that way, but tonight it was busy enough to warrant one. IP

FOH Staff Observations
Everyone is really stepping up to the challenge of this sold out run. Aidan and Fiona are top notch. Conner and Monica consistently prove why they are lead servers. The first floor crew was great this evening - a lot of focus was demanded by the big theaters upstairs and the team was super self sufficient. - IP
Special Events?
Darkroom Screening and "John Carter". Both crowds converged on the bar - great business for a Monday night. - IP
