Manager Communication: 
James is an angel on earth dealing with the Genius malfunction and filmbot, which ultimately was our ethernet. Always something right around doors, but thankfully the cool-headed master took care of it and we were back in business without major issues. I only had to hand write one ticket.-LB
Ian started a deep clean of the liquor room shelves. Looking nice ahead of menu change. I donated some spices that we don't need to the kitchen and we are organizing for the fall menu transition. I got some stuff done for the Trees cheaters as well.-LB

Lauren "The Toolwoman" Billings was on the scene today, getting all sorts of things ship shape for the upcoming season. We tag-teamed some of the shelves in the liquor room and it's going to be great to go into the fall with a tidy, well organized space - can't wait to get the new Nitrogen unit installed. Lauren and I spoke in-depth about me taking on the ordering of soda/lime juice/napkins and straws while she is on vacation. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Super breezy Monday. Got Tevon out at 7:30, Patrick at 8:30. Sam and Greg closed Lobby and Trees without issue. The leak in the lobby near the theater 7 pass was better today, but is still seeping some water. Not a flood like last time though. - IP

Special Events?
"Secrets and Lies" had a nice turnout, but Trees remained chill. - IP

Prep List:  
Arbol tequila, o-ren keg (needs 43 more oz lichi li tagged with masking tape), Fifty year storm, sugar snap pea, summertime cooler, Irish coffee blends, lemonades. -LB Need more Juliette for the Princess Peach keg. 

Over/Short on Banks:
Lobby bar bank was inexplicably $10 over. - IP

Maintenance: 
Ok Dio came and rocked the refrigerator thermostat, they threw out the thermometer that was in there because it was broken, I got a new one from Stewart, I am going to reattach the coupe-falling preventer and the lowboy is good to go.-LB

Coke will be coming by to replace or repair the theater 7 lobby soda gun. - LB

Manager Communication:  Th1/2/3 were pretty much sold out for the day, with Wicked doing really well and Bugonia / Frankenstein taking up the smaller theaters.  Definitely a lot more kids coming through for Wicked this time, just as a heads up.  Sentimental Value is also selling out the smaller theaters, too.  Trees also had a group of runners (probably between 10-12 folks) hang out for drinks and brunch post-run.  A couple of more groups came through throughout the day and kept Trees happily busy during the early rounds. JH If we can change the temp on Trees lounge to 70 for this busy stretch, it gets really hot back there when they don't stop moving. -LB Wowie. everyone busting their butts today and I blame L. Frank Baum.  If we didn't switch to the plastic soda cups, we would have drowned today. Made it optimal. I think we need more empty grey racks, they were thin in circulation for the last round. Manager Communication:  Holiday level business keeps coming, we had a very busy day overall at the bar. Movies kept service bar going strong through 9 pm and then the bar stayed crowded with a group of people watching the Golden Globes. No issues with getting overly busy, however, as the push to service bar died right as the awards show started and a crowd grew at the bar. We were able to get all duties done tonight; batching, cleaning projects and strong service. The 4 pm rush was very heavy in particular, with Theatres 1, 4 and 6 very tightly seated but we never ran overlong on timing. Customer Comments:  We had a guest come to the bar around 4:30 to complain about some late food, which was dropped by a manager. Julie had a flag that she forget to ring until right before check drop and the guests complained about the wait, but were happy with our resolution of some passes and goodwill discounts on the check. Manager Communication: Opened with Gil. Definitely the second to last Sunday in August type ticket sales to start the day - change of pace from the big Spidyssey weekends. Lovely weather outside with a chance of showers briefly - will hopefully bring some people in from the park. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Nat opening Trees, Greg opening Lobby. - IP.  Pretty smooth sailing through the dinner round.  Everyone grabbed family meal and got breaks, and Danny stuck around for both bars to get a post-dinner restock in.  The last round was pretty mellow saleswise, so both bars had ample time to get started on a deep clean pre-close to end the weekend.  Jeshua got out of here shortly after I rerouted lobby, and both Duan + Tevon closed each bar without issue.
