Manager Communication: 
I put away the extra rack and a half of coupes back into the box in the cabinet from Film feast that were on the dollies by Trees. 
One of the screws Juan mounted to hang dollies on has become defunct from use.-LB
Put in an order for more Green gobbler for fruit flies on Amazon. I bleached and put the other gobbler stuff in bar prep today as well to try and combat our house fly issue. -LB

Turned into a busy evening with the Drag show and lots of softball teams enjoying our wares at Trees. Greg and Lydia handled it easily. Patrick had a a couple of sold out double-whammies in the lobby, and also crushed it. - IP

BAR Staff Observations: Seamless open from both openers. Tevon and Greg worked around Gus and I when we were finalizing some recipes for fall menu like complete pros. -LB

Making sure to have all items that can crowd/cause small spaces in the bar area washed and spread out to dry, with an air-mover keeping the airflow going over the potential fruit fly trouble spots. - IP

Patrick was a gem and came up to help Greg with some odds and ends of his Trees close. Love that this now taking hold as standard practice. - IP

Special Events?
Miss Malice show was great. Good crowd hanging out before the show and a very thirsty drink rush. Greg and Lydia were more than up to the challenge. - IP

86ed / counts on items: I Un86ed "Always Eat Last" but kept Fernet Branca 86ed until we get more tomorrow.-LB

Prep List: Tevon knocked out the posted prep list short of the Oren keg as we need Amaro Santoni. 
I continued to strain the Cap'n Crunk that was still in the walk-in. cacao cream.-LB

I strained the GF Oleo at 11p and finished off the strain of the Cap'n Crunk. Both are in the walkin. -IP

R&D comp checks: $36.00

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Union, a packaged addressed to Gus (probably the thermostat for the frozen machines)
US foods Wednesday.-LB
Baldor coming tomorrow.-LB
 
Maintenance: Added the dolly screws and the replacement of the soda gun part to the maintenance doc.-LB

Saturday 11.22.25 Wicked Day 3 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  Th1/2/3 were pretty much sold out for the day, with Wicked doing really well and Bugonia / Frankenstein taking up the smaller theaters.  Definitely a lot more kids coming through for Wicked this time, just as a heads up.  Sentimental Value is also selling out the smaller theaters, too.  Trees also had a group of runners (probably between 10-12 folks) hang out for drinks and brunch post-run.  A couple of more groups came through throughout the day and kept Trees happily busy during the early rounds. JH If we can change the temp on Trees lounge to 70 for this busy stretch, it gets really hot back there when they don't stop moving. -LB Wowie. everyone busting their butts today and I blame L. Frank Baum.  If we didn't switch to the plastic soda cups, we would have drowned today. Made it optimal. I think we need more empty grey racks, they were thin in circulation for the last round. Manager Communication:  Holiday level business keeps coming, we had a very busy day overall at the bar. Movies kept service bar going strong through 9 pm and then the bar stayed crowded with a group of people watching the Golden Globes. No issues with getting overly busy, however, as the push to service bar died right as the awards show started and a crowd grew at the bar. We were able to get all duties done tonight; batching, cleaning projects and strong service. The 4 pm rush was very heavy in particular, with Theatres 1, 4 and 6 very tightly seated but we never ran overlong on timing. Customer Comments:  We had a guest come to the bar around 4:30 to complain about some late food, which was dropped by a manager. Julie had a flag that she forget to ring until right before check drop and the guests complained about the wait, but were happy with our resolution of some passes and goodwill discounts on the check. Monday 9/1, Labor Day, Gus/Lauren

Manager Communication: Sleepy start. Carly and I opened the building Customer Comments:   Lol, Jeshua provided me with an entertaining exchange. He walkied for an MOD, I came down and there were two teenage boys trying to see Weapons. They did not have ID. The younger looking one claimed to be 18 and had shown Jeshua a photo of his Polish passport. It said he was 25. So I told them that they can't come in. I appreciate Jeshua's keen eye on the upholding of our policies. They were clever at trying to negotiate their way in, but lacked some common sense. -LB BAR Staff Observations: Charlie opened the Lobby, Greg upstairs. Went off without a hitch. Greg was rocking  FOH Staff Observations: Sam was crushing support. Madison hustling for 4/6 (getting that first hot toddy of the season up there hot UGH too early for this.) Runners helping out everywhere. Good crew.-LB Hiring/Training: Nia in it to win it with Tevon.  She has brought a nice, refreshing attitude to the bar team....
