Customer Comments:
For the last round in TH5 (End of Oak street) we got a walkie call from Siete to kick out a couple guests. Guests complained that this couple had been vaping, jacking off, and doing all types of nasty with one another. Dwight found the couple (They were at 5303) and asked them to leave. Wyatt and I met them at the door and told them it was time to leave. I walked them to the lobby and closed out their tab. A little after, one of the couples that complained, asked to be refunded so I helped them out at Filmbot, gave them a couple of passes, and gave them a round at Tree's because they hung out at the bar afterwards. Wyatt spoke with the other couple that was on the other side. More on that in the FOH blog. - AB2

BAR Staff Observations:
Homies killed it tonight. Duan and Natasha rocked out Tree's with no issues. Gabrielle killed Lobby solo. I got Matthew out early and Tevon after everything settled down and everyone was well stocked and in a good place. - AB2

Hiring/Training:
Diane had day one of training. Didn't really see much but Jovani was the trainer so she was in the best hands and looked like she was absorbing everything. - AB2

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
The MHL cans arrived.  There are still a few cases of glass bottles in the walk-in, so let's make sure bartenders use up all the bottles in-house before we switch over to the cans. JH

Prep List: 
Matthew powered through his prep shift today and we are looking good heading into the weekend.  OF + GF Soda have back ups in cambros, in the walk-in next to the FWWM.  JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Manhattan + Union + US Foods arrived. JH

Maintenance: 
Draftchoice came through and were able to find and fix the gas leak, and replaced the coupler that was giving us issues when hooking up new OF kegs.  I sent a longer email with specifics, but everything in the walk-in looks to be back in working order. JH

The Grenache had an issue today and leaked a lot. It was leaking out from the black line that empties into the water bottle. The issue was that the top metal piece that you push down for the bobbin, got stuck. Since it was stuck, the product was coming out for a good 5 minutes until Natasha was in the walk-in and caught it. I came in and loosened that metal piece an unjammed it and then Vlad and I cleaned it up together and we good as new. Hard to estimate the amount that we lost but I would say at least 5 carafe's worth. - AB2

Gansett was giving me troubles today. Was foamy for very long. I switched kegs and kept burping the keg attachment and adjusting. We got to the other side and ended up good. - AB2

Manager Communication:  Th1/2/3 were pretty much sold out for the day, with Wicked doing really well and Bugonia / Frankenstein taking up the smaller theaters.  Definitely a lot more kids coming through for Wicked this time, just as a heads up.  Sentimental Value is also selling out the smaller theaters, too.  Trees also had a group of runners (probably between 10-12 folks) hang out for drinks and brunch post-run.  A couple of more groups came through throughout the day and kept Trees happily busy during the early rounds. JH If we can change the temp on Trees lounge to 70 for this busy stretch, it gets really hot back there when they don't stop moving. -LB Wowie. everyone busting their butts today and I blame L. Frank Baum.  If we didn't switch to the plastic soda cups, we would have drowned today. Made it optimal. I think we need more empty grey racks, they were thin in circulation for the last round. Manager Communication:  Holiday level business keeps coming, we had a very busy day overall at the bar. Movies kept service bar going strong through 9 pm and then the bar stayed crowded with a group of people watching the Golden Globes. No issues with getting overly busy, however, as the push to service bar died right as the awards show started and a crowd grew at the bar. We were able to get all duties done tonight; batching, cleaning projects and strong service. The 4 pm rush was very heavy in particular, with Theatres 1, 4 and 6 very tightly seated but we never ran overlong on timing. Customer Comments:  We had a guest come to the bar around 4:30 to complain about some late food, which was dropped by a manager. Julie had a flag that she forget to ring until right before check drop and the guests complained about the wait, but were happy with our resolution of some passes and goodwill discounts on the check. Monday 9/1, Labor Day, Gus/Lauren

Manager Communication: Sleepy start. Carly and I opened the building Customer Comments:   Lol, Jeshua provided me with an entertaining exchange. He walkied for an MOD, I came down and there were two teenage boys trying to see Weapons. They did not have ID. The younger looking one claimed to be 18 and had shown Jeshua a photo of his Polish passport. It said he was 25. So I told them that they can't come in. I appreciate Jeshua's keen eye on the upholding of our policies. They were clever at trying to negotiate their way in, but lacked some common sense. -LB BAR Staff Observations: Charlie opened the Lobby, Greg upstairs. Went off without a hitch. Greg was rocking  FOH Staff Observations: Sam was crushing support. Madison hustling for 4/6 (getting that first hot toddy of the season up there hot UGH too early for this.)
