Manager Communication:
After all that, it turns out my fitting is going to be tomorrow, so I was in a little early to get the machines cleaned in case I had to leave - which is great, because Lauren is still sick. She went to the doctor and after finishing up with the machine maintenance I got the building open with James. 

Very sleepy opening round with absolute rockstars Jeshua and Matthew opening - gave me a chance to get to some batching for the weekend. 

Got a bunch of liquor and kegs from Southern and Union - once I had batching stuff pretty much squared away, I reorganized Liquor Island and did some solo keg Tetris. - IP

BAR Staff Observations: 
Easygoing night.  Jeshua held down Lobby without issue, and Matthew stuck around for the runners club and then the post-La La Land crowd.  Last round was relatively mellow, and Gabrielle sailed through her close at Trees. JH

Sick Leave/ Call outs:
Lauren out sick. - IP

Special Events? 
Runners club came through, bringing a welcome pop to Trees Lounge before I got Matthew out of here. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
(Bar) All binders are updated with the WH drink special, and build sheets are printed, cut, and chilling in my mailbox, waiting to be posted on Friday. JH

Prep List:
Made a half batch of Holy Mountain with the remainder of the Horchata and got another double batch of horchata steeping, to be strained tomorrow. Backed up the Marg keg, made another batch of Juniper syrup, and more dem syrup. Also made another batch of Hot Bananas and updated the count. Ariel and Jenn are going to shore up anything else that might need some attention for the weekend. - IP

Made back ups of Negroni + Old Fashioned (stored in cambros just under the open juices in the walk in).  Also made a double batch of the "Wuthering Heights" special, Chains of Love, and updated the count, so we are all set for Friday. JH

Over/Short on Banks: 
We ran the payout for yesterday's event at Trees.  Trees ended up doing just short of $150 in cash sales, so $149 came from Trees, and the remaining dollar was from in-theater cash sales.  $150 was put back in the cash box. JH

Pay Outs:
$150.00 (02.10 Event Talent) JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Southern + Union arrived. JH

US Foods arriving Friday. JH

Filmbot Issues: 
The screen downstairs that lists theaters/movies/showtimes was acting a bit wonky this evening.  I didn't notice anything wrong with it until just about nine, where several last round screenings were not reflected.  By the end of the night, it had corrected itself.  Just something to check tomorrow before doors. JH

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication :  Pretty good steady morning which ramped up when the spider hit the big ones. EL Second half of the day was similarly busy, with first floor having a slower last round while Spider-Man kept the upper floors busy through close. JH Customer Comments :  A lot of frustrated customers trying to buy what looked like available seats for Spider-man. I think this will be the last day with this problem. I explained to everyone I encountered what was happening and they seemed to understand by the end of the interactions. EL BAR Staff Observation s:  Natasha was about 15 minutes late. Once she got in she recovered the lost time quickly. Then the morning was pretty easy.  Ryan was early!  I pushed Tevon back to 4pm since Isi wasn't coming.
