Manager Communication: A woman stopped by from the VFW down the block and inquired about a group discount. I gave her my email and will forward to John? I mentioned our standing discount as well.-LB
Really excited about the Singani series and cocktails.-LB 
Gus, Lauren and I touched base about the Singani party tomorrow night - gonna be awesome. Lauren did a good bit of batching while I got Charlie set up for Trivia. Becca was a huge help at the service pass during Trivia - and also helping to buss the floor. James was everywhere all night - felt like there was barely a walkie call he didn't respond to first. Great teamwork all around. - IP

Customer Comments:
Had some guests who decided to have their dinner at Trees during Trivia but were not interested in playing trivia and were a handful with Charlie. Very rude to him and making things overly complicated by starting checks at the bar without telling Charlie about them, etc. - he handled the whole situation very gracefully and the customers left happy. - IP

BAR Staff Observations: 
Charlie continues to do a great job with the Trivia serving shift. I can tell he definitely doesn't love it, but I think once he gets a little more acclimated it will become easier and less of a daunting task. - IP
The team on the whole crushed a very busy Trivia. I'm nursing a bad back at the moment and had to bow out of helping to reset the floor, so Tevon and Charlie stepped in while Patrick handled the crowd at the bar. Greg had a very chill night in the lobby and closed it down right at 10:30 when he pulled the gate. Smooth night. - IP

Special Events? Trivia.

24 teamer - big night. Charlie did great, with some key assists by Tevon and Becca. Lydia stuck around to get us through the opening push of Trivia and then after they left, Patrick held it down behind the bar with Tevon. - IP

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
